I am new to Cricut and have the Joy machine so this little tool set is perfect to get started and is just so cute that it matches. Like that they are sized appropriately for the Joy since it doesn't cut massive images. Can't see a need for any other tools for weeding or transferring images so this set works perfectly for me!

I have an old Cricut tool set (the one with all green tools that came in a green zippered container) and these are much better. The scraper tool is very thin and smooth on the one end and is easy to work with. I use the spatula all the time, and I like how it is offset with one corner sharply rounded and the other corner more of a big rounded corner. And the weeding tool has a plastic bit covering the sharp end when not in use which is nice. I make sure to not loose it and put it back on when I am finished using it. I keep them stored in a cup with all my pens. Nice to have their color matching the Joy as well.

I love all the different angles of tips, and the shape of the handles, but that's all I like. For how expensive Cricut's weeding tools are, I would think that they would be made out of a better material (I'm talking about the metal part). I've had the set for about 6 months, and they worked perfectly, until I dropped them...one was dropped on my PLUSH carpet, one on the cover of a hardback book, and one (from another set) was dropped an inch or two above my desk top - all 3 tips bent so bad they were unusable. Same issues with the tweezers, so the tips don't come together anymore (not sure how they got like that). I will be looking elsewhere for weeding tools.
For months, Ive been using needle nose tweezers to weed, and Ive seen numerous posts about other weeding tools to use. After breaking my tweezers, I gave in and got this set, and it is wonderful! Each tool is incredible, and I cannot wait to use them all! Such a good deal. I highly recommend these tools. They also all fit perfectly in the pouch, with my small scraper :D
