Crocs Brooklyn Low Wedge - Black/Black W8

ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE SHOE

A friend of mine wore these and I couldn't believe they were crocs! After hearing her say how comfortable they were, I had to get some. Since getting them, they have been my favourite shoes!! They're SO comfy and stylish, and have been my go-to sandal for the past 2 years. If you're running errands, or having a nice dinner, they suit anything!As someone who's worn them practically every day for the past 2 years, I'd say be mindful if you're an in-betweener size, like me. If it feels snug on a normal day, I found they do rub in hot weather. Tragically, the sole of mine also recently split (which devastated me!) so I'd say they have about 2 years of life in them before they kick it. (So I'm gonna have to get a new pair haha). Begging for half sizes and adjustable top straps.

I really wanted to love these but because the top straps aren't adjustable, I'm not really able to wear them. I'm outside of my return period so I'm honestly considering altering them to fit my feet. I tried blow drying them to shrink the straps, this didn't work. They're so comfy but the size 7 is a bit too small. My toes hang off the edge a bit (something I've seen in review photos as well). I ordered an 8 as the site recommends sizing up, but an 8 is just too big. I called ahead to a Crocs store to make sure they had this exact shoe in stock because I wanted to try it on before I bought it. I was told they have plenty of this shoe in stock, they don't sell them a whole bunch, they have 7s and 8s I can look at. I drove roughly 30 minutes, not horrible. Comfortable shoes!

I bought these two weeks ago and wore them for the first time on a trip to Milwaukee where we spent most of the weekend standing and walking around. I struggle normally to find comfortable shoes because I get blisters and irritation from how the shoe rubs on my feet but didn't exprience that with these shoes the way I normally do. I did get a slight rash/blister on the side of the knuckle on my big toe where the first band is but it wasn't as bad as it normally is with other shoes. I also didn't get any other rash or blisters when I normally get a bad one on my pinky toe and heal. Also, I have wide feet and have a lot of foot pain with certain shoes and these fit perfect. Also, my sister-in-law got the same pair and was also impressed by their comfort. Her feet are wider than mine and did stick out on the sides a little but overall she loves them.

Cute comfortable sandals dress up or down!

I looove these Croc Brooklyn low wedge candles!! I wasn’t sure at first if they were going to work for me, I have Lymphedema from Cancer surgery that cause areas of my body to swell and hurt mainly legs and feet , so cute shoes are no longer something I get to wear. I read alot of comments about these shoes as well as have bought many of the Croc new candles like the hikers, platforms, and cross country and they have all been comfy! I live at the beach so wearing flip flops and sandals year round is huge! But when it comes to mixing comfort with style I always have to pick comfort and unfortunately it knocks out a lot of shoes I’d like to still wear in my early 40s. These low wedge Brooklyns I wouldn’t wear to the beach ….but can certainly wear them any other time I’m out with shorts, or a casual dress and they don’t make me have to bring my flip flops to change out of! They run a little big with my condition my foot size has gone from a woman’s 9 / 9.5 to a 10 now a 11. The 11 fit me great . I highly recommend getting a pair! I have to have a white pair next!!!

Different fit to previous Brooklyn

This is my second pair of Brooklyns'. The first pair fit perfectly but on the second pair one of the straps over the foot is much looser. Too loose to be comfortable in fact. I tried tightening the back strap and while that pushed my foot forward and made the strap across my foot tighter it meant my toes hung over the front of the sandal. I was disappointed but then read online that heat made Crocs shrink. Seemed counterintuitive but I got my hairdryer and held it over the loose strap on high heat for two minutes and voila! It shrunk the strap. So all good in the end. I was surprised that there could be a difference in size between the same style and then only on one foot.

Love these elevated sandals by Crocs!

This is my fav pair of shoes!!! I had bought the black last year and because they are like platform shoes they are awesome with everything and especially the flare leg jeans and pants, I was so excited to get these mushroom and black that I bought 2 pair of them!! Great shoes for rainy weather because they raise your level up and keep you from getting your pants leg wet!! They are just AWESOME and so very stylish and boho looking and I get so many compliments and people are so surprised they are Crocs and are like “What? Crocs? I had no idea Crocs made such cool shoes!” I love the attention I get from my shoes and I recommend taking care of your toenails and keep them painted!

SO comfortable

These are one of my most comfortable pairs of shoes. I can't stand the hardness and bumpy texture of the regular Crocs sole but I love these ones. Fit true to size. I have wide feet and my foot does spill a bit on the sides but it is not bad nor uncomfortable. It is cold right now but I wore them almost everyday for about 8 months in a bunch of occasions - work, brunch, grocery store, concert, etc. After all that, there is slight wear/peeling on the side of the foam sole (pic included). Some scuffing on the sides but not bad and can usually be wiped away. The first time I wore them, I walked around a street fair for 5 hours with no pain and just a little normal new shoe rubbing. Zero break-in time!

I needed some sandals for traveling (expected quite a bit of walking) and remembered a couple friends saying these were comfortable. While traveling, I wore them on several site visits at a large medical campus. I also chose to wear them on the return flight home. Our flight was delayed at the airport for an extended time and I did a lot of walking around. The sandals required zero break in time and were amazingly comfortable the whole trip. True to size and easy clean. I used some Clorox wipes to ward off the airport crud and they look shiny and new. I caught these sandals on sale at our local DSW, but they are worth full price.

extremely comfortable shoes, but the sole cracked

I bought my first pair in 2021. The shoes are extremely comfortable. my foot is a little wider, the shoes are comfortable in width. i can walk in them all day, they don't rub my feet. suitable for everyday wear, as well as for a festive dress.But after 3 years, the sole cracked, although the outside of the shoe is in perfect condition. i think it's because i drive a car and push the pedals. i have another new pair in a different color, i won't wear them when i drive.The manufacturer should make the sole more elastic, as in other Crocs shoes.
