I love the flip flops. These were to be a new pair for next summer. But although I followed the size guide, the product sizing didn't quite match. The first pair were too big. Sent back and ordered according to phone advice. Second pair too small. Loosing the will to sort it out now.

I had never owned Crocs & heard so many good things about them being comfortable so on vacation I got me a pair of these. Once back at my hotel room I noticed that as I tried them on they were not the same size but they both say M8 on the back! I could not return them in Maui crocs store where I purchased them because we were flying back the next day so I reached out to Crocs & they claim I can not get a refund or exchange since I did not purchase online. To me this is very unfair considering this is their mistake ! I will never purchase crocs again since they were unwilling to work with me. I also providing a photo of how they are both clearly different sizes.

I have worn My previous croc jandals, for many many miles, over several years and have worn them until the thongs wore out. I have have found them to be the most comfortable footwear. This pair does not have the same soft spongy feel under my heals, so intend to give them away.I have worn my crocs in all seasons. I have even bought socks with separate toes to enable me to wear the crocs on colder days. I have previously bought them in several shops in both Sydney and in Dunedin as well as on line.However recently I could not buy them anywhere in New Zealand so I had purchased the pair this review is about on line in Australia. I would love to be able to buy more of the previous ones if possible.New Zealand and Australia.

I got these in black for my Australian husband. Aussies and flip flops ('thongs' as they still call 'em there) absolutely go hand in hand, they live in them. When I brought him to America 13 years ago he got cranky because he couldn't find a decent pair here so I got him a pair of Crocs classic flips and he's never bought anything else. (I wear them too and they're amazing. Like walking on a pillowy cloud I say). He gets a new pair every year or two but he wears them year round and they hold up very well considering what he puts them through. They have amazing arch support preventing foot fatigue and soreness and help with the lower back. They don't get smelly nor do your feet get sweaty in them. I thought it was fine but then again he's an old-school Aussie from the Outback. They look fine with or without it either way.These flip-flops are perfect, true to size, and good for your feet. I use my crocs flops as my daily footwear, with socks in winter. Sorry to say, this will be my last pair of crocs. The shoes I got is feeling all too plastic, and the foot are totally loosing traction inside the flop, when they are wet. What I will be looking for in the future is flops that is more on the rubbery side, when it comes to the material. Rubbery material do not get as slippery inside when wet, they also tend to give a bit, letting the foot to make an inprint, that makes the flop more comfortable, and ergonomic, over time. That being said, the blue crocs with a white stripe on the side, that I had previously, has served me well, however, over time the white stripe got smuged, and wouldn't clean up, making them look grubby.
