I bought these as a Christmas gift for my 4 year old granddaughter. They just arrived via Fedex, and the shoe box is totally crushed. The box was in a bag. Why would you not put the shoe box in a shipping box???Now I have to buy a box to put the shoes in to wrap them. I called customer service and the woman I spoke to was no help. I asked for a new box and was told they are not in the box making business. No kidding lady😡 You just lost my business.
