First off, I was sent the wrong size and had to reorder. Second time I got sent used crocs/display Crocs in a white Nordstrom box. Extremely dusty in the foot bed and black
scuff marks and an orange stain on the right croc. Tried them on before yet again sending those back and reordering for a 3rd time. Glad I did because these are much
narrower than regular Crocs. I've never had my 3rd and 4th toe be an issue and touch the front of the inside shoe but for some reason only the left foot does this in these. I'm
a size 10. Not sure if I should order up to 11 or just give up. Super annoyed that the sale is over and I now have to pay full price due to Nordstrom's mistake TWICE.

I recieved my black platform crocs and found my left foot fit perfectly the right foot wouldn't go in. I examined the crocs and found the right croc had a lower instep. I have deformed feet and size 7 fits perfectly without any pain that is why I wear crocs and have done for years. I phoned customer services and informed them of the problem. I will never buy crocs from the company again I will go to another company. I have 50 pairs of crocs and I know what I am talking about. I will not get another pair probably to replace the defect pair or my money back. Poor customer service. All they have to do is listen to the recording and hear her tell me all that rubbish.
