A very good product that should honor patriotism

Crocs on the clock are indeed comfortable all day, whether working in a restaurant or in a garden. Crocs should make a special line for military veterans. Olive green for Army, camo for Marines, muted blue for Air Force, and I don't know what the Navy color should be. Then Crocs should offer insignia for each branch. And maybe other tasteful and respectable devices denoting something special: Purple Heart, airborne, combat infantry badge, Navy SEAL, etc. The shoes should be a dignified On The Clock line that honors service. I'm an Army combat veteran, and I sure would buy these special Crocs. I have suggested this before and was met with silence.

Almost, but misses the mark.

I've been wearing Crocs On-The-Clock for years. They have been the best kitchen shoes I've ever worn. When I got my first pair, I was worried they would be sweaty and sticky. Surprisingly, they were not. My feet stayed dry and comfortable. When the new LiteRide model came out, I was excited to try them. I have some LiteRide clogs that I wear around town, and they are very comfortable. Unfortunately, the LiteRide footbed does not do well in the On-The-Clock clogs. It is somewhat tacky since it lacks the fabric top. This makes it very hard to put on. My socks stick to the inside of the shoe, and do not slide in easily. I tried a little cornstarch today, and that made them easier to get on, but I shouldn't have to do that. Now, I'll say that the cushioning of the LiteRide footbed is superior and more comfortable than the previous model, but this benefit does not outweigh the problems I've experienced. The shoe, which was previously a five-star shoe, only earns two.

I never write reviews but I had to for these shoes. I've worked in the food service industry for 7+ years and used to come home being unable to walk because of how much pain my feet were always in. I tried insoles etc and nothing ever helped, UNTIL I FOUND THESE!! Like, holy crap I'm not kidding. I could work 12+ hours on my feet with these on and still feel great. They've just truly changed my life, I'm able to get off work and still be productive now and I just can't believe it. So if you're thinking about buying these, do it you will not regret it. Yes they might not be the most fashionable ( they look best with flared pants in my opinion) but I'm not in pain anymore so who cares! It's seriously like walking on a cloud. Not to mention if you spill something on ... MoreI never write reviews but I had to for these shoes. I had to size down
12 April 2024

My US shoe size is a 7.5 and because Crocs run in whole sizes only, my classics are a size 8. I've tried a size 7 in classics and my toes rub against the edge, the 8s feel big but it's whatever. With that said when I bought these, I bought a 7 and an 8 just in case. When they arrived, I tried the 7 on and they felt like my size 8 classics. Kind of a big deal since these have a back to them and I don't want my heel popping out. Returned and bought a size 6 and they fit a lot better.

I'm buying a second pair already
25 March 2024

I'd say they're true to size, but the thick and soft removable insoles makes it a snug fit compared to the original Crocs style. It works perfectly for my foot size/shape. I work 12 hr stand/walking for all of it. My feet still do get tired at the end of my shift, as anyone's would but the cushioned insole still feels brand new after a month of wear. I am able to swap the insoles halfway through my shift with my custom orthotic inserts & gives a looser fit to let my toes splay. I want another pair as a back up in case they don't get restocked. I'm always struggling to find good longwear work shoes for my wide feet are HTF. I wear a 42 Euro, 11-11.5 us wide in regular street shoes and I normally wear an 11 in Crocs, I ordered an 11 in this style

Ignore the bad reviews, because...

These have better underfoot cushion than the regular clogs. The lite ride insole is removable. It's very soft underfoot, trust me. I'm a sneaker-head that likes max cushion footwear. I know a lot about the different foam technologies from Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Asics, and more. These are legit comfy because I squeezed the lite ride insole. They passed the squishy feel test. They're not as cushioned as let's say Nike Invincible ZoomX, but better than the regular clogs. Go to your local Crocs store and try em first. They're perfect for working in the kitchen. Ignore the haters.

**Caveat because I ended up returning. Based on brief try on period, the insole is SUPER comfortable. Feels like the classic clog but cushier, but also not too soft. Lots of cushion so it should be good for long hours on the feet. I was looking for a new work shoe (hospital) that's easily sanitizable, non-slip, close-toed and no holes on top. I am a size 7.5 wide (measured by shoe salesperson at a running store) and unfortunately there are no half sizes for this style. Size 8 feels bigger than a true size 8. I would say it is not quite ½ size big, but it's definitely bigger than true size. I expect 7 would feel too tight on me. I tried the size 8 with medium cushion cotton socks and thick cushion wool hiking socks and it was just too big either way. Unfortunately ... More**Caveat because I ended up returning. Sweaty feet

This are the worst shoes I ever got. I've been working in the restaurant business for over 20 years. I am a big fan of crocs. I always use the work on the clock ones. Those are amazing. They still look like new, but the insoles were getting old. I made the big mistake of buying Crocs Women's Neria Pro Ii Literide Work Clog.

Cannot recommend enough!! Wish I'd try it sooner. I'm a dog groomer so my very expensive sneakers needed replacing every 3 months. I have a stress fracture in my left foot and have been limping for 2.5 years even with the extra padding in the sneakers. I put these on and my pain has stopped! Still on and off with the weather and if I twist it wrong/sleep on it, however, what a world of a difference. So roomy. My toes aren't getting deformed because they have so much space for my wide feet. Very comfortable. Non restricting. And I don't get wet. And they're inexpensive. Get them now!!!!

Worst crocs ever made

I specifically tell people not to waste their money on theee shoes. People on their feet for work need to get sketchers they're the best !!! These crocs SUCK SO BAD I literally couldn't get thru one HALF OF a shift in them. They hurt my feet SO BAD . And I love my regular clog crocs. So the fact that these ones are soooo much different is really awful. And they cost more? Like come on now. I immediately threw these shoes out . I mean it was evil. My feet hurt for like two days after just having those shoes on for a few hours. And they were the same size as I always wear! ABSURD
