I bought size 7 Kadee Flat years ago and I am still wearing them!!! Love the for comfort and I wear them with or without socks depending how cold it is outside. We I saw the Brooklyn Flat at a shoe store here in Florida. I tried on the 7 and my toe was at the tip of the shoe. I tried the 8 and it was fine in the lenght but much to wide for my foot so it looked big and floppy. I bought the 7 against my better judgement and tried using in our condo. I couldn't stand how tight they were and they caused a blister on both second toes. I am frustrated since I love the design for work or casual gatherings but the sizing of this show does not match the Crocs standard. It is way too tight. Your chart says size 7 is for foot 9 3/8" my foot is 9 3/4 or 9 7/8 which fits perfect in the Kadee but is so tight in the Brooklyn I have to return them. 90% of my shoes are crocs so I have about 20 or more pairs and many I bought 2 pairs since we live in two different locations. But this one is definitely made wrong. Way too short and I really want a simple flat like this but I have to choose a different brand. Crocs you got it totally wrong on this pair of shoes. Please fix the sizing under a different name so that we know it's a correction then I will buy them. I can't possibly wear the 8 since it slips off my foot kinda. Back to the store with these. Glad I didn't buy them on line. This fits like a 6 or 6 1/2. It is definitely not a 7 when all my others crocs are a 7. When I put both the Kadee and Brooklyn back to back resting on a dresser I see the Kadee is at least 1/2" longer. It's hard to tell since the Kadee has a curve to it while the Brooklyn doesn't. Very disappointed with the sizing. I thought this Brooklyn would fit like the Kadee.

I love Crocs flats and was disappointed that I haven't seen them in a while. Was excited to see these flats and since I've never had a problem with Crocs sizing I bought all the colors in my normal size, 5. The black ones feel the biggest, maybe because the back of the shoes where it hugs the back of the foot looks rounder than the other two colors. The cherry color ones fit the best. The quart ones are in between. The toe box of these shoes are roomier than the cap-toe flats I have for years. Even roomier than Kadee. All in all they are comfortable but I will try to use a hair dryer to shape the back of the black pair so they will be more snug, which I prefer.

These are not like the Kadee ballet flats at all, but that's not a bad thing. What I enjoy about the Brooklyn flats is that they have a thinner and flatter outer sole. What this does for me is keep my ankle straighter with less side-to-side rolling when I walk. It allows me to feel more stable when I walk. If you own the other croc flats, the Kadee work flats (without the cutouts oven the toes and on both sides of the heel), those are the thickest soles and the most rounded. In the middle are the Kadee flats (with the cutouts) and the flattest are these Brooklyn flats. Having hugely wide feet, I love how these shoes cover a lot more of the toes. With Kadee flats, my little toe is barely in the shoe, only the very tip of the toe is in the shoe. With Kadee flats, my little toe is barely in the shoe, only the very tip of the toe is in the shoe. With the Brooklyn flats, all my toes are fully in the shoe which I love, but it also makes the 'mouth' of the shoe a bit restricting so I have a bit of a red mark at the end of the day but I'm okay with that. What you might not enjoy about the shoes is that the material is not the same. The regular "croslight" material feels light, airy, and feels like it just wants to take the shape of your foot. Narrow feet, wide feet, croslight will bend and stretch and over time, become almost custom made. The Kadee flats are 100% croslight so the whole shoe feels great. The Brooklyn flats are not 100% croslight, they are mostly TPU rubber with the insole being croslight and the top of the toe box is also croslight. What that means is that the shoe feels much different. It feels like the rubber is denser, stiffer and doesn't want to give way as much. It's also a rubber that doesn't stretch much (unlike croslight) and returns to normal shape when you are done wearing the shoes. This means they don't really ever adjust to your foot, it's your foot that will adjust. It's a bit hard to describe but the rubber used for the Brooklyn flats is more like a typical rain boot type rubber (smooth, flexible enough, but wants to stick to the shape it was molded into rather than your foot.I prefer the Brooklyn flats to the Kadees because the toe box has all my toes properly inside the shoe and my pinky toe is not barely holding on not to fall out, but I do miss having the ability to custom fit the flats with a hair dryer or warm water like the flats made of croslight. I actually do NOT recommend trying to dip those in hot water because the parts of the shoe made of croslight WILL stretch, but not the TPU rubber so it leaves the shoes deformed and looking 'melted' a bit. When worn, it doesn't show but without my feet in them, they are crinkly a bit all around like the neck of a t-shirt that stretched over time.

I bought these pointy Brooklyn Flats because I loved the round toe style so much. These new Brooklyn Flats are very comfortable and stylish. I have wide feet (usually a 10WW in other makers), have had bunion corrective surgery, wear toe separators and these shoes still fit comfortably. I especially like wearing them for travel; easy to take off and put back on in the airport TSA line and comfortable wearing them all day long if needed. I'm waiting now for Crocs to make some more crossbody bags in Dark Cherry and Navy.
I was hoping that Crocs would offer the Crocs at Work style, my favorite shoe of all time, in colors besides black. Finally, they now offer the Brooklyn, a comfortable ballet flat in 2 beautiful colors. I have not tested them yet as a work shoe, but the fit seems perfect for me so far; I have wide feet, and these are just the right width, which is so hard to find. In fact, the Brooklyn seems to fit even better than the Crocs at Work. I love the delicate pink of the Quartz color. It will look great with winter snow white, and in the summer with khaki, grey, pink, and black. I most likely will add the Maroon to my collection! Crocs, we need MORE colors!
I have worn different variations of this flat for years, going back to the days of the "fur" lined version. This is the only shoe I can wear that is comfortable and pain free. I was so happy to see the Brooklyn Flat and ordered 2 pairs in black. The fit was perfect, just like my many Size 10s ordered over the years. I really like stylish toe shape of the Brooklyn, a great updated look. This flat is so versatile, looks great casual with jeans or for dressy occasions. And, if it rains you never need to worry about ruining your shoes! Love this shoe, THANK YOU Crocs!
I really wanted to love these shoes as they are so cute but the sizing is so wrong just as others have mentioned. If you're in between sizes, forget about it. I bought the burgundy in size 7, since my usual size is 7.5. They looked really nice but they were way too big, loose and flopped off my feet as they were too wide. I returned them and got a size 6. Now those were a bit too tight, I could kinda wear them as the width was fine but my big toe felt too squished and it hurt after walking a few mins. I tried to stretch them with different methods I found online but it didn't work and they did give me blisters on the back of my ankle when I tried to wore them one day. I wanted to keep giving them a chance because I really liked how they look so another day I tried ... MoreI really wanted to love these shoes as they are so cute but the sizing is so wrong just as others have mentioned. I wanted to keep giving them a chance because I really liked how they look so another day I tried to keep stretching them by wearing them with very thin socks made for flats to protect from getting blisters and now they were very noisy when walking plus they did not stretch in the end. Very sad I tried everything but there was no way to make them work.Like other reviewers have asked, PLEASE MAKE HALF SIZES!
Oh my goodness, these are a dream shoe come true! These are so comfy from day one, no breaking in time at all. I bought these for a slip on that's versatile and stylish, plus Comfortable for walking, it's surpassed my expectations. I brought them on holiday and they looked stylish with my dresses and I received so many compliments. Wide feet may not feel as comfy, I have petite feet, size 7. I highly recommend them. Great for travels as they are washable and water proof. I want them to make them in red.. please and thanks! I also have planter fascitis in one foot and these were very comfortable and no heel pain at all, even with lots of walking.
I am so disappointed. I have loved Crocs flats for years and I wear each pair as my daily work shoe for months and months (even years) on end; they are usually just dressy enough to match business casual attire and very comfortable yet durable and washable. However, Crocs has changed the design of the flats and this most recent design (the Brooklyn Flat) is horrible.I was apprehensive to order these to begin with because of the design change and some of the reviews, but I was desperate for new flats after wearing my previous pair almost daily for over a year (or two?). Somehow the Brooklyn Flat in my regular size is too big and sliding off in the back/sides (not to mention the God awful toe shape that feels and looks so bulky--and it made me trip several times...) but they are also so so tight and I had almost immediate blisters from the area around my toes on the top of my foot.I am not sure if the materials changed to make this shoe (again, I'm a strictly Crocs or tennis shoes wearer...) or not, but for some reason this shoe sounded SO loud as I walked down the tile floors. I laughed to myself because somehow it sounded like a horse galloping..how does that happen?! I figured it had to be somewhat comical to others watching me walk all day--tripping over the toe, trying to figure out how to hold the shoe on my foot because of it slipping yet also in incredible pain because of the blisters--I cannot remember ever getting blisters from my initial days of wearing a Croc shoe. Anyway, I tried pushing my foot all the way to the front of the shoe, no help; I tried pushing my foot all the way to the back, no help. Maybe some people didn't like the cut out design at the back of the last dressier-flats designs, but I had grown to like it through the years. I did order the Kadee flats as well as I have worn that design or a similar one since 2013 and that shoe is just as expected. But I don't personally consider the Kadee flat as "dressy" and it is more difficult to make it look nice enough for business casual--I wear those for plain casual occasions.I am so disappointed in the Brooklyn Flat and I have no idea what "dressier" flat shoes to get now because I've only worn the Crocs designs for so many years. Ugh...back to the drawing board.
