Recently purchased this generator, was delivered within a few days to our doorstep, once it was unpacked and fueled up l was quite impressed when it started on the first pull, so far l have only run it for twenty minutes and not under load, but pretty happy with the noise levels etc to date. Weight wise it's comparable to the other similar sized generators on the market but better priced.

I recently purchased the 2. 4 cromtech inverter generator, as battery backup, and so far it seems to be a good product. Started 1st time,I put 98 octane in tank as my wife's car runs on this. Not that much more expensive For the amount it uses. I m sure this helps it run a lot better,also good quality oil. Good weight too.A little noisier than I expected, but that was on concrete, surrounded by brick walls, I'm sure it will be quieter in the bush. So far I'm pleased with this product as it was 1/2 the price of a Honda and looks like a good quality item . I also rang the service department with a question about tank drainage, and they were very helpful. Yes,I recommend this product.

This generator is fantastic. It will run my reverse cycle a/c and boil a kettle at the same time, all through the 3000w inverterIt starts 2nd pull every time and is so quiet.I bought this with a package from Caravan rv camping and was a great package. Throughly recommend

I love this machine. It's so easy to use to the point that my wife likes to start it, and normally she doesn't go anywhere near any mechanical apparatus. I did quite a bit of research about this unit before the purchase and found it to be a very well made and cost friendly option with parts and service readily available in Australia. It has enough power to easily operate the air-con unit in my caravan, yet is small and light enough for storage when travelling. As for the longevity of the unit, it is still to be seen.
Arrived smartly, well packed and with clear instruction manual. With added oils as indicated and fuel, started 1st time. Its decibel level was satisfactory and it was tested against the caravan air conditioner and hot water heating individually. So, with the accompanying info it was a unit suitable item for off road energy!
Ordered Tuesday evening 12/12/23 and it arrived early Thursday morning 14/12/23 in Geelong. Great delivery window. Unpacked, oil and fuel added to it and started easily. Run for 10 minutes, then connected up a 2. 4kw fan heater, which ran so easily without any big overload, on the low setting 1. 2kw it was virtually idling. Very happy with this product and have no worries it will run all things in our caravan when off grid.Thanks CRVC and Cromtech.

Purchased a cromtech 2400w generator. Very pleased with it after some testing on our van (ran the air con, fridge). Received free a working light, battery, charger, generator cover. The process was great, online ordering, delivery, and communique throughout the process. Will purchase more products through this provider if the opportunity presents itself.
Good lite weight generator for the caravan, it took nearly 10kgs off my previous generator. Took a while to get to me with the transport. All in all a good lite weight genny with a spare plug and air filter.
I recently purchased a cromtech outback inverter generator 2. 4kw. After much research, can say we are happy with its performance. It's not too noisy seems to be efficient and economical. Recently went camping, it ran our air conditioner for six hours and only used half a tank of fuel. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to purchase a good reliable generator.
