The Crucial P310 1 TB was purchased to expand memory on a recently purchased iPhone 16 Pro. The JEYI 2230 case with male USB-C connector results in a minimalistic solution for expanding recording time on the iPhone 16 Pro, without using internal memory. The P310 SSD was formatted - ExFAT. This allows reading of date by either iOS or Windows operating systems. The Green LED on the JEYI 2230 case provides a visual of the SSD being powered. The only modification of the JEYI 2230 case was to use a Thermal Grizzly heat conduction pad (1mm) between the Crucial P310 and the case enclosure.

Cannot rate reliability as in use for mere hours. Bought for use with a Raspberry Pi 5, and this is now installed and working.
