This is my favorite deodorant of the line and as long as I apply it thickly after a shower, I don't need to reapply until the next day. I Imagine if you're sweating more, you'd need to apply it more than I do, but it's not an antiperspirant as far as I know. I enjoy it's natural solution, I also enjoy the smell the best. It's scent is a little green, a little sweet, and a little floral. I'm okay with the roll on feature, but I did just order the spray so that I could compare the two. I was hoping to get more bang for my buck. It's lasted me from March this year till now in November so it's still worth it in terms of spreading out applications.
