Whether you decide on this natural deodorant or another, YOU MUST DETOX YOUR ARMPITS FIRST! The aluminum and toxins from your previous deodorant are still trapped and clogged in your armpits, causing reactions/rashes and odor since your new natural deodorant can't do its thing. I recommend bentonite clay and apple cider vinegar, but there are other detox options. I detox once a month, absolutely SWEAR by this crystal deodorant. I used to use the roll on option as well, BUT the formula has changed. So I am sticking to this crystal for the rest of my life. I swear one lasts well over a year. I just don't know how long exactly because I have shattered the crystal before finishing it. Ooops.

Since its just a stone its needs some moisture to apply. Make sure your pits are clean before you put it on, if you come out of the shower smelly, you'll stay that way. i tried other brand of similar product which doesnt work. i saw the good reviews from this product which is pure natural ingredients compare to other deodorant on the market i tried instance. i tried for few days, so far its good. less strong smell even in hot and humid weather still checking is it will get better if i keep using for a month, will update review if possible. this size is a bit small that i need to roll few more times compare to bigger size but i dont want to drop it then the whole thing cannot be used so smaller size is preferred. actually small size is cute that i can even pack it and bring for trip. my routine is to apply after shower when body is still wet.

When I was a missionary in the Philippines, I was introduced to this mineral rock deoderant and fell in love with it! I had both this one and just the rock without a casing/ screw-up holder as well. It lasts years! We bought both, the one like this one in its holder and the one without a casing. Bought them in 2017 and still using them today 09/2022. How's that for savings! For women, after showering you just wet your armpits, then use the mineral rock sliding it under your armpit like you would normal deoderant! If it stings, not enough water used to dampen your armpit. If I happen to skip a day w/o showering, the deoderant still will last me.

I think this is for people who maybe don't care if they smell or don't sweat a lot. I tried this out a few summers ago during peak sweat season (July/August) and I think you're supposed to wet it beforehand and then apply so I would use it immediately after showering but it really did nothing to combat sweat smell. I know it's not an antiperspirant but it is a deodorant and having no smell kind of negated the point of even using it - i.e. it basically felt (and smelled) like I didn't use anything at all. This was a new experience for me so i was a little nervous about it. But I’m a heavy sweater and I have a definite odor if I don’t use something. Since my regular deodorant is now almost $25 for 3 sticks I decided to try this. 1) Works excellent as an anti-perspirant and 2) Has excellent odor control. My only complaint (minimal) was that I bought unscented and since I couldn’t do a “smell check” I was paranoid that I just couldn’t smell my own b.o. haha.You can either wet your armpits first or run the crystal under water first but it goes on nicely and has the added benefit of no aluminum or any added suspicious ingredients. Just minerals. Amazing.*package did arrive cracked but I didn’t bother returning.
