The product is incredibly simple to use and gives results to be confident in. An overnight charge and I soon realised why my stop-start had stopped working and my electric tyre pump had been been so sluggish even before the Covid-19 shut down. A definite boon both during and after (whenever?) the present crisis. So glad I purchased it!

It is very simple to use - just choose the appropriate function: "normal" battery, "AGM" for stop/start type battery or "recond" if the battery is dead as a dodo. Then the charger is fully automatic, the display showing what stage the charger has reached. You can leave it on all day/night 24/7 as when the battery is fully charged, the charger just moves into "care" or trickle charge type mode, so you cannot overcharge the battery. Perfect for keeping your battery in peak condition if you don't or can't use the car for some time.

I maintain 3 cars' batteries and 2 "spares", and I never knew exactly when the 5 standard ones were charged.Without this charger the start/stop battery would maybe never get charged due to low mileage.Now all batteries are fully charged as indicated by the charger and I've got the peace of mind I never had before!
I was apprehensive about purchasing a battery charger as I had not used one for many years and they have altered somewhat!! However the CTEK charger is most certainly an excellent purchase for my Lexus RC. I found the instructions a little vague (my age perhaps??) but overall it is quite simple to use and I am delighted with it, wish I had purchased one before.

The CTEK charger is compact and easy to use. It's well packaged and even has a useful carry bag for safe storage in the car - mine's in the glove box.The first time I used the CTEK the car battery was completely dead, but within a few hours it was ready to start. Since then I have used it only once for a top up and the lights quickly display where your charging is at.With only two weeks ownership it is too early for me to tell about long term reliability - only time will tell that - but from other reviews they seem to tick that box as well.Very happy so far.
I bought this because of flat batteries in my hybrids, a common problem especially in winter. Charges both the standard 12v in my CHR and the AGM in my RAV4. Works great with controlled charge

The unit comes well presented and with an extensive arrange of accessories.It is easy to use and unlike other chargers I’ve used does not get hot when in use.The indicator light are clear and easy read.Overall the unit looks and operates like it is a quality item.
