The MXS 5.0 Test&Charge is a combination of an advanced microprocessor-controlled battery charger and a battery and alternator tester that offers the best possible testing, charging and trickle charging. Charging - The MXS 5.0 Test&Charge offers excellent performance on batteries from 1.2 Ah to 110 Ah. The charger solves a number of battery problems, has a patented automatic desulphation step and a special reconditioning step that restores batteries that have formed acid layers and deeply discharged batteries. The patented float/pulse trickle charge makes the charger ideal for long-term maintenance. The options Recond and Cold Weather work independently of each other or together in the Small Battery as well as in the Normal Battery program, which gives the user great flexibility. Testing - Three easy-to-use programs for testing battery voltage, starting power and alternator power provide a complete picture of the battery status and system health of the vehicle charging system.
