This is usually out of stock in-stores and online, even international websites! Simply due to the fact that everyone is asking for them solely due to the fact that Nigella Lawson uses them in all her television series and TV appearances. Very handy indeed! From beating a couple of eggs for your morning omelette, whisking a quick batch of pancakes for yourself or making a beautiful Hollandaise, this is a must have! Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed.
I honestly and truly wish I had one of these whisks years ago! What a fantastic gadget!
I would prefer it if the wire coils were covered in silicone to stop the whisk scratching the pot. They are available so it would be nice if Kitchen Warehouse stocked them.
This is my 'go to' tool - my first puck to mix, blend or correct sauces, fillings, custards, gravies and anything where thickeners must be blended. I wouldn't keep a kitchen without it!
