I bought a dual salt and pepper mill. I had to return it because it didn't work. Instead, I bought two single ones - one for pepper and one for salt. When I got home and tried to use them, unfortunately, the pepper mill didn't work. I wanted to return it, but the salesperson refused to change it and asked me to contact the manufacturer!! I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and the product itself! I don't recommend it to anyone at all!

The black one does not switch off as you can see in the video, and the other’s light didn’t work and then after a day’s usage the light fell off which you can see in the photo, and when plugged back in the light still does not work as you can see in the other video... I’m not sure how I can even request a replacement or a refund in the middle of a pandemic so I have instead wasted $60.

Bin fiddly to the apart to fill Nd the light pieces fall out when to put back together.Action itself fine but will choose something different next time.
