I definitely recommended this tin opener. Its easy to use with very smooth operation...you dont feel like youre fighting with it like most Ive used! I didnt really want to spend nearly 10 on a tin opener but I guess you get what you pay for! Ive only had it a month or so , time will tell if it will last.

The only can opener I actually love! Really easy to attach onto lip of can and open with no dramas and easy if you have hand pain/issues. Last for years. Had my last one 8-10 years and its still in use. This one is for my caravan. Great price and service too - so very happy.

The easiest can opener ive ever used and its magnetic for the lid.when you twist the can opener it is so easy to use compared to some ive used before it is also for left or right handed use and is very sturdy well worth the money not to strain your hands when opening tins. the ultimate test which i could not resist was to open a fray bentos tin and it was just as easy to open as a normal can 5 stars all round.
Had the Culinare MagiCan previously and used it for years which worked great. Thought that this would be a good replacement since the other one rusted out (or something) but like the other review, it worked maybe twice or three times and now it just refuses to rotate around the can and we've tried it on various cans just to make sure it's not the can itself causing an issue.
Replaced an exact model which was a good 8 years old. Must be a good design as still being produced years later!
I've had one of these before... better than any previous tin opener I've used. Even opens a Fray Bentos pie tin... which is the ultimate challenge! I saw my friend struggling to open a tin of dog food... it took her ages.. it was painful to watch; I knew exactly what she needed! No need to look no further, a simple everyday product that just works!
Does exactly what it is supposed to do, opens tins perfectly, and holds the lid in its grip.
Of cause the first time I used it fine but second a bit funny next time stopped half way around the can then today would not even go more than 1cm.And as you would know this has been over 1 month so no refundI would have expected it to work more than twice
