Curel Itch Defense Fragrance-Free Lotion For Dry Itchy Skin 20 fl oz (591 ml)

I need to take a moment to rave about this product. I have tried so many different lotions and remedies for my 2 year old extreme eczema, even prescriptions. Most lotions would burn him when applying, which would make putting lotion on a chore. I finally bought this product and instantly soothed and cleared up his eczema. If anyone is struggling with eczema and can't find anything to help, please try this product. You won't regret it! I'm so grateful to see my son not in pain.

Better than prescrption creams!

I LOVE this stuff! For some reason my skin on my shoulders , feet , and legs itch so bad at night it would keep me up. It was actually painful ! I’ve tried so many things that didn’t work. After researching lotions I decided to try this bc of the good reviews. I was shocked at the difference!!!! I have no clue how it works but it stopped the itching! At first I was using it every night but now I don’t NEED to use it as much & still don’t itch. Although I still like the lotion so I normally use it every night anyway! I would definitely recommend trying this if you have itchy skin!

Excellent!

Curel is the best. I have very sensitive skin and this stops my itching and keeps my skin moisturized. The texture is very thick though. The bottle size is huge and last a long time. There is no scent to it. I use it when I get out of the shower.Improvement was noticeable. The package arrived on time and the product quality was optimum. I have benefited from this product and will buy it again.

I have eczema and struggle with dry, itchy skin in certain areas especially during hot seasons . A friend recommended that I tried Curel. When I used this, all itching calmed and it moisturized my skin so well. A little goes along way. Cost is reasonable for quality product. Will repurchase. My only issue was improper packaging of the item plus others in my order.

It does work!

After seeing a rash start at my ankles and make its way up my thighs, I decided to see a dermatologist. Surprisingly, the dermatologist told me that they sometimes can't identify what a rash is or how people get them. Although my rash did not itch, she recommended a lotion with ceramides like Curel Itch Defense Body Lotion. So now whenever I find a rash on this aging body and it itches I use Curel and it works. Sometimes after several uses of Curel the rash disappears immediately and sometimes the rash takes longer to die. However, the lotion stops any itching right away. Always have a bottle of this stuff at home.....especially during the winter months....when my skin is its dryest and the itching maddening.

My new favorite

I stopped using lotion for several years and moved to using Vaseline or Hollywood Beauty Cocoa Butter because they were the only things that worked for my very dry skin. I also develop bouts with Hives and is under doctor care to find the root cause of them, I was given this lotion from a friend who is an extreme coupon shopper and it sat in my cabinet for a while. Well one day I had a hive flare and decided I would give this a try, Well to my surprise this worked very well not only for my hives but my skin showed no signs of dryness. Now I'm hooked and buy two 20oz bottles at a time.

Question about this lotion????

Sorry people, this isn’t a review, rather a question.I hesitated for years about trying the curel hydrasilk line. Not a fan of the in shower body lotion as it made me super super itchy. However the hydrasilk lotion’s… now that stuff is by far the most luxurious product i have tried. No itching, no irritation, just hydrated, luminous, luxuriously silky skin!Given it’s a little pricier, I’d love to find an alternative, and with the quality and results I’ve had with the hydrasilk lotion’s, I can’t help but wonder.Is this curel itch relief lotion anything like cruel hydrasilk lotion’s?(btw both hydrasilk lotion’s are equally good!)The five star rating is not for this product as I’ve yet to even purchase to try it and would like some input.

SAVED my suffering fingers

My hands get dry during the cold seasons, but this year I experienced the worst it’s ever been and didn’t know what to do. I had tiny bumps all over my fingers, scabs, skin peeling, and crazy itching and burning. I had to wrap my fingers at night so I wouldn’t scratch in my sleep and I wore bandaids throughout the day to avoid anything touching my fingers - I was miserable. It was painful doing anything throughout the day since my fingers were so sensitive. I purchased this lotion and as soon as I put it on I felt relief. It cleared about 80% of my mentioned problems within about 2 days and I don’t have to worry about itching in my sleep anymore. I will be keeping this in supply from now on, it is a must for me!

Winter survival gear!

This along with Aquaphor has helped keep my daughter's mild but chronic eczema under control and we tried EVERYTHING (Aveeno, Babyganics, Burt's Bees, Cetaphil, Mustela Stelatopia, Weleda Baby, CeraVe Baby, Manuka Honey, Vanicream...you name it). We also use the Curel Defense Itch Body Wash every evening as part of our baby's bath time routine. In the past we used only the lotion but it wasn't as effective until we recently started to apply a thin layer of Aquaphor on top to seal the moisture. The dry patches on her cheeks have finally gone away and now we focus on maintenance. Thank you Curel for bringing much relief and peace of mind to this first time mom!

Oh my gosh, so I started getting really itchy skin. My doctor prescribed me a steroid. I mean, I've tried other lotions and everything. And it's just been awful. But oh my gosh, when I came across this stuff. This is amazing! I didn't want to pay a button like Sarah V and all of them and they don't make an equate brand for the itch one so that doesn't help so I probably messed app and oh my gosh, my skin loves it! I feel it's relief from the inside of my skin out. It's completely calm. I've used it for the past 2 days I have not. I had one itch attack. I'm gonna start buying this from now on!!!
