WOW! I bought this product based on a review that compared a ton of different LED products and this one tied for first based on technical specs AND results- of the two this was the more affordable version. I've done masks, peals, laser treatment. Sometimes something would work for a couple of weeks, but those small annoying whiteheads would start coming back time and time again. Enter this mask - it started within a few uses to diminish all the existing spots I had and then gradually I'd wake up and I couldn't believe it - no new spots. NONE. My skin 100% completely clear now and it's just been about 5 weeks. Also, my nose which always has a lot of enlarged pores and blackheads is honestly completely changed- almost like I'm wearing a primer now. I can't even believe it. Finally, I had a non-cancerous small white raised spot on my nose that the dermatologist has frozen off twice but it came back both times - it is almost completely gone. The texture of my skin is also changing for the better and I think it might be helping with wrinkles around my eyes. I do get botox so I can't speak to deep wrinkles as I'm keeping them at bay for now. I have only been using a gently wash and night cream/ day cream + sunscreen. Makeup is optional for me now. CurrentBody if you are reading this, a big huge THANK YOU from me for making this product. I am a customer for life and deeply appreciative!!!! I love CurrentBody and have bought several devices over the years. This LED mask is by far the easiest one to use. I pop it on most mornings whilst waiting for my tea to cool down and often run it for 20 minutes at a time. I've used it about 6 times a week for the last 6 months and will continue to do so as it's become part of my morning routine. However, I'm not really seeing any noticeable results. I'm in my 40's with good skin, I use retinol, vitamin C and have monthly Caci treatments, but still need all the help I can get to stave off lines, wrinkles, sagging and pigmentation. I'm hoping this is working to boost collagen and elastin to slow down ageing but I'm not sure there are enough lights to reverse current signs of ageing, particularly around the eye area. ... It gets stuck in my hair and that wasn't fun at all. But I simply got some silk fabric, hot glued buttons on them and now I just snap it on & off and my hair is thankful 🤣 Before I thought of the scarf/button, I put my hair up in a silk turban and it solved the issue just as well. But I wanted something that I could just snap on and hop in my bed and when it was done....unsnap and fall 💤 asleep bc it really is relaxing! So unless I'm trying to cure my headache, I do this every night before bed & I sleep so this too after masking. I also use their gel mask and it's awesome too! This is an investment but it is so well made and far superior to any hard mask I've owned, but it was definitely worth my year of saving up to get this set. I love that they are not connected to each other, bc I can put the neck/chest mask on & go about doing other things. When I have my face one on, I do not move around bc I keep me eyes closed and protected, but if you want to move around.. you certainly can with this one. I do wish it had the option to pick blue for acne, but I just use 1 of my old hard plastic ones that i kept when I need blue & it works just fine. But the Red/infrared red on this one far exceeds any other red/ir one I've ever owned.

I use mine everyy other night I wash my face blot try then add a few drops of the hyaluronic acid serum slather all over then switch mask on. 6 minutes later you barely need to pat any of the serum in as the mask had allowed my skin to absorb the serum. It is without doubt the best I have tried and I have tried many many more cheaper and expensive this actually delivers no more 11s and no more static forehead wrinkles I also use retinol 1% I should point out. There isn't a huge amount of leds but more isn't always more. I treated myself last year and use regular every other night only snag is I'd love a second strap to secure more firmly. I got the extra neck and chest piece since it was in a package and good value and so far I havnt gotten breakouts in these areas at all.Just be sure to wipe it clean after each use- especially if your in the middle of breakouts so the bacteria doesn’t sit on the mask and you repeatedly transfer it back to your skin.
I am loving using the CurrentBody Skin Face & Neck Kit along with the Maysama Green Rooibos pressed serum, for me they are a match made in heaven. I have a small heart shaped face and find that the bottom of the mask does not make contact with the chin area like it does else where. However this doesn’t take away how effective this has been for both the neck and face and nor does it detract from the the enjoyment I get from using it. I find using them extremely relaxing , calming and soothing and regard it as my Me Time.

However, I only gave 3 stars in the hopes that they would consider improving on a few things for future generations of these masks:1). There are no diodes for the area above the top lip, an area I think is troubling for must people on their aging journey. Yet, for some reason there are two diodes included on the nose flaps. For what, I have no idea. Perhaps I just have really good genes and my nostrils have zero signs of aging, however, I've never once heard of anyone else complaining about their aging nostrils either;-)2). I'm not sure how this area could be included, or which of the two masks could incorporate it, but neither the face or neck & dec masks include anything to address probably the most troubling area of all... the area under the chin where the turkey starts its waddle. The face mask ends at the chin, and the neck collar hits right before where the waddle would form. Perhaps an additional flap extending from the neck collar? I had to buy an additional handheld device on Amazon ($40 ish) to hit that area separately. Which BTW works great because that area responds really well to red and NIR treatments.4). I have a super normal face, very proportionate, with average bone structure and pretty small nose, but the mask fits a bit awkwardly, putting some pressure on the bridge of the nose. Not overly so but it's definitely noticeable. Maybe one day a material with a little stretch or give would fit a wider array of face shapes and sizes.This would be my genuine feedback for CurrentBody. But with all that said, again, I'm happy with my purchase! I think the products are solid and one of the best out of the top two option IMO, with the second option only addressing one of the two points above (the second strap for the face mask, which is the least of all points but the easiest to address).I would definitely recommend these masks. But, if they can address some of the most important points above, they would be absolute perfection!!
The mask itself works reliably. It is easy to operate, holds a charge for a decent amount of time, and is relatively comfortable to wear. However, for the price, there are a few things I would expect from CurrentBody:First, one little strap around the middle of the back of the head is not enough to hold the mask's weight if you are sitting up. I had to buy another velcro strap online to keep it in place.Second, the goggles that are provided with the mask are complete trash. They don't even fit in the eyeholes. For a $400 product the least they could do is provide goggles that are actually compatible with the mask. They are also completely opaque so it is useless to have a portable unit unless you like stumbling around blind. I had to buy another type of eye ... MoreThe mask itself works reliably.
