The embroidery is completely off from the Welcome on the top to the name in yellow on the bottom. I’m shocked this passed QA unless there isn’t a quality check which is just as bad. I can’t believe they charge an embroidery set up fee for this. This was a deal breaker, I will not use this company again. It was an absolute embarrassment. I regret sending this sample to my client ahead of seeing it myself.Update I received a full refund for 2 of these same hats, both with the same poor quality embroidery. I may give Printful another chance with another sample in the future because of their customer service. Hat fit is very poor for smaller head sizes. I understand why there is only one size offered but unless all of your customers have large to very large heads they will not be happy with the fit. Multiple sizes should be offered.Hat material quality is poor to mediocre at best. Material feels kind of cheap and the embroidery quality is just ok. I did have a pretty simple design so I cannot speak to more intricate designs. Disappointed with this product overall.

cap pricing is ok. Shipping is pretty quick. My order was short a couple caps. I was refunded quickly, without question (thank your staff for me for that). I had 1 dozen of the same caps bundled in their original bag, and a couple of individual caps that were just tossed in the box. For whatever I was pretty surprised that the loose caps weren't in bags. I really like how I dont have to buy a dozen of the same caps. My first transaction with you all was positive enough to where I be making another purchase from you very shortly. The pink caps I got from you, I really don't care for how the sweat band and binding along the seams are white. I don't like how these pink caps look.

extremely happy with this purchase. the same hat at a store like Lids in the mall would run about $35 - $40 because of the official licensing and markups.The snap back clasp is solid, another reviewer mentioned it doesn't stay closed, mine is nice and tight, I'm not worried at all about it coming undone.My ONLY complaint is I wish the camo pattern looked more like in the display picture. I chose the black multicam, but the pattern is quite scarce with a lot more black than black multicam, basically not very balanced.Other than that, super comfortable to wear and I love that I don't have to try and curve a flat brim because it already comes curved.Very high quality, I would recommend this hat to anyone and will probably buy more down the road. This color block sweatshirt is one of my best sellers. It’s true unisex sizing is great. It is super soft on the inside and washes up well. (the navy one did bleed into the white space for one of my customers so I haven’t gotten that color since) I use this for school sports gear and my customers can’t get enough of them!
