The blind was excellent but when I checked my order I had paid an extra $5.50 for a white chain not the silver one supplied. Very disappointed as chain stands out and other blinds in our house have white chainsReply: I am so sorry that you have received the blind with the wrong chain, if you could contact our office and of course we will organise a replacement for you.
Product was very nice high quality and easy to install. Love how you can customize your size. A lot better quality and finish then similar blinds I had purchased from spotlight for our previous house. Delivery was easy. Had a little hiccup however it was resolved quickly. Customer service is amazing.
Really happy with the quality of the blinds! Blocks out all of the light.We ordered three of the white block out blinds with silver cord. Two of them fit perfectly in the window, they are really easy to hang too!We accidentally had a mind bubble and measured one of the windows wrong. We called up and they gave us some helpful advice. We trimmed it up as per instructions and that one looks great too! Couldn't be happier. Ordering another 4 shortly to hang in the lounge.
Our new blinds are fantastic! They fit perfectly, we’re incredibly easy to install and were the best value for money. I cannot recommend this company and these blinds highly enough, especially as I received some fantastic support from the staff on which blinds to select and support in how to measure.
