It's a pity the plugs are so close together - not suitable for adapter plugs, meaning less usable plugs available. But that's the only downside I can see.(& the box says the guarantee is $75k Aus$, but there's no paperwork in the box about it)

Be aware, 4 of the shown power sockets are Surge Protection only. The other 4 include battery protection. Not much in the way of mounting options. I'm using some holes on the back. Hope it doesn't fall off the wall. The display is normally off, but selecting the Display button allows you to scroll through Input voltage, Output voltage, Load, calculated run time, Battery capacity. Having those was a must for me as sometimes our power seems to dip a bit low. Most importantly for me, the USB allows it to work with my QNAP NAS (TS231P)Glad to be shot of my Dynamix. They are flaky, and mine didn't work with my NAS, (in fact it helped kill my last NAS)

I plugged it in, plugged in the NAS and that was that. Now I await the next power outage…

Works like a charm, the Linux daemon works and is easy to configure.

Bought it to support a desktop PC and a medium monitor. Can do the job as advertised.

I like this UPS because it's compact, wall-mounted, has a display and suits my home set up perfectly. Synology NAS recognises make and model of this UPS and I get all UPS-related alerts from my NAS. I don't need to run a lot off the UPS. With just enough equipment connected to inform me of the power outage, estimated runtime is 40 minutes. More than enough time to remote in to shut things down. Long blackouts are rare in my area, and in most cases, power is back on way before battery runs out. Price vs features, this UPS does exactly what I need and more.

I have this unit keeping my VDSL modem running plus a small telephone adapter. It is loaded to around 10%. It is a bit over 2 years old now and the unit is reporting that it has around 50 mins runtime however if it losses power it instantly fails. Calling the manufacturer they say they are only expected to last between 1-3 years and although the battery is user replaceable the cost is almost as much as a new one.
