This is the 2nd one I have bought, I didnt have any issues with my 1st power bank. The new one didn't like my cables, even though they are original cables. To get my phone to charge, I can only use the cable that was supplied with the powerbank. After charging, the powerbank didn't work at all, so I googled it to see that other people that had issues, google said to re charge the powerbank for 1 minute as this can work as a reset. This did work for me as well. Except for my phone cable, as I mentioned earlier on how I resolved.

My grandson asked for the Power Bank for Christmas and specified he wanted the Cygnet. He is very happy with my choice. He gave us a review on it so i bought one for my husband. Delivery was very prompt.

A really handy multicharge battery bank that can easily charge a flagship phone multiple times, a tablet a couple of times and just about everything else in between. It's pretty compact but has a bit of weight, but it's reasonably quick to charge and easy to carry around on a daily basis. Highly recommended.
Have many other Cygnett devices, chargers, battery banks etc. For some reason this battery although having the capacity to charge my Samsung 20+ multiple times, will not even fully charge it once. Plug it in when i go to bed and says will be charged in one hour. When i wake up in the morning it has stopped charging and the battery is only 85%. Has happens every morning alway approx 80% even though the battery itself still has plenty of charge (70-80 %)
Good powerbank unit. Missed out on 5 stars because the supplied cord wasn't great quality but still did the job, and it could only be used flat. It wouldn't stand up on it's end. Loved that I can see a digital figure on how much charge it had left. Handy to take everywhere. Charges my Samsung 3 times before needing charging again.
Is a little heavy however lives up to what is marketed. Use for work as a flight nurse and easily gives me 3 days charge - good when I get stuck overnight somewhere due to weather. Extra ports also are a plus. Also fast charge is great.

I like the digital indicator showing the balance of charge left in the device but the cord provided to charge it, is way too short and when it’s plugged into the adaptor in the power point, the device hangs by the cord!!! Not acceptable. It also takes a long time to reach full charge, going from 10-15% to full charge in around two hours (sometimes more). It also takes a long time to fully charge my iPhone.
pretty good and reliable, though you must have a high output usb-c charger (more than 18w) to charge the unit at all.and the usb-c plug has fallen slightly, resulting in an unstable connection when pluggin in via this port... possible damage here
