Piece of poop product! Faulty power button. Way too heavy. If my iPhone is dead, this powerbank won’t turn on to charge it up. Disappointingly, Choice magazine gave these guys an Award. In reality from my awful experience…they should have won a SHONKY AWARD! In future I will avoid this suss brand and keep on importing ANKER products from the States, as they actually make reliable quality gear.

I bought the charger specifically to take when we went camping to charge our mobiles phones and iPad. It’s great and quick to charge your mobile devices for multiple days but to charge the battery pack itself takes hours and hours to reach a full charge. It’s also rather heavy in weight. We will also use this charger as a back up for future electricity power failures at home so we can still remain connected on our mobile devices.

Great value large capacity battery powerbank, on the bulky side but fine for the money. Suitable for charging phones and accesories. Just note it wont support the higer tier fast charge, it will just charge at normal USB rates.

Excellent purchase, this power bank has long life and you can charge your phone a couple of times. I read a couple of reviews here saying that this power bank does not have fast charge, but it does! To fast charge your phone you need to use the USB-C port. Very happy with my purchase, thank you!
owned it for a few months and it worked fine, fast charging for any android devices doesn't work but anyway. Suddenly it wouldn't turn on and charge any devices, tried to figure out what's wrong, but broke the button. No information on warranty, no information about firmware, no way to take it apart and find out myself. Only buy it on sale if you want a cheap battery
A big power bank with plenty of ports. I like that it covers the main types of USB sockets used. It does take a long long time to charge up which is a bit of a bummer. It does feel a little chincy, the plastic case and screen feel like they could sustain cosmetic damage quite easily.Handy if you are heading out and need something to keep your device topped up.
Glad I got it on special. It’s heavy and takes forever to recharge - 5 hours so far and showing 23%. Recharges iPhone ok. Will probably just use for road trips and power cuts. Disappointed tbh because of weight and slow recharge even though I appreciate it’s a large power bank.
Terrible build quality!! Sharp plastic pieces on the side hasnt been smoothed out or properly finished heavily scratched being brand new low quality plastic used as the outer shell dodgy plastic shell with markings as though the plastic hasn't set yet and that it's been designed to look like crap !! DO NOT BUY !! Not worth the money
Great little purchase. Very happy I bought this. It does weigh quite a lot for a portable charger but it charges my phone so quickly. Recommended this to all my friends who also purchased one. Only negative is that it does weigh a lot so if you’re conscience of weight than this isn’t the charger for you.
This unit I bought as I thought it would charge laptops as well. The limited 5AW does not charge any laptop - one of the reviews here is incorrect. I have bought another cygnet 77K which has a 5w and 70W output which charges laptops.
