I bought this power bank about a month ago. It charges itself up pretty quickly and does support usb-c fast charging for apple products. But I don't think the 20000 mAh supply is accurate. From a full charge, it should be able to fully recharge my macbook pro (charge capacity 7360 mAh) at least a couple times over, but in fact it can't even recharge it halfway once before dying. I wouldn't recommend.

This is a great product, but it comes with a caveat. You can only charge it via power supply that has a USB-A port so you need to use a USB-A to USBC cable which comes included but is only 10cm long if you already have one that's fine. If you have a power supply that has a captive cable(cable permanently attached at the factory to the power supply) USBC cable it will charge fine also. But you can't charge it using USBC to USBC cable. For exampleYou can't charge it from your new macbook power supply or directly from your macbook that only has USBC ports on it.It needs to be USB-A port output to USB-C input.

One of a handful of power bank that has Power Direct which allows you to charge the latest laptops which use USB-C as their charging port. The Quick Charge function also high voltage devices such ipads and USC-C port phones. The charging of the unit from empty take time. Best to leave it overnight before you go to bed. It charges via USB port.

Confused by the other reviews as I love mine, get about 10 full charges on my phone and one of the few in the market that can fast-charge USB-C devices, including my laptop. Sleek design. What one user said about charging via USB-A port only is incorrect. You can fast charge the device by using USB-C to USB-C. My latop and phone chargers are USB-C, so this works perfectly. One SMALL suggestion would be to be able to charge two devices concurrently, I didn't seem to be able to do that (but could be just me). But if you have a computer with two-usb ports, you can plug your phone into that whilst the battery is charging. Great device all round
You also have to take into consideration volts. You cannot just compare the amps of the power pack to that of your phone, tablet or laptop, you also have to compare the voltage of their batteries as this will suck out more power. The battery pack would not be exactly 20,000 mAh as it would be to difficult to get it that precise, but it would be pretty close, not enough out to notice. However it is the voltage of your device, if greater than the output voltage of this product, then it will drain faster as it is working harder.
Like others I have also found that this power bank does not seem to be able to charge my 15in MacBook Pro properly. Laptops battery is approx 7000 mA but with a fully charged power bank of 20000 mA it seems to only be able to charge the laptop for 1 hour ish, then the power bank is dead and laptop only halve charged. I also find it a pain how you can't charge the power bank via the USB c port and also charge other devices by its USB A ports, like a little usb hub which I have been able to do with much cheeper USB power banks. The power bank gets really hot to touch while charging the MacBook Pro makes me think there is serious inefficiency happening which might be why the power bank seems to run out of battery so soon.
Fantastic battery. The only external battery I can identify which can provide sufficient power to the 15 inch MBP to keep up. Please note that the review below by Althalus is incorrect. You can easily charge the unit at great speed using a USB-C to USB-C cable, and can infact charge directly using the MBP charger with USB-C. For anyone who needs a portable 20k MAH battery for laptop to charge and recharge via USB-C, this is product
This is a great power bank which will charge all your devices quickly, especially newer devices with fast charging capability. One tip is to purchase a more powerful wall charger to charge this up when empty (e.g. Cygnett FLOW+Dual USB-C & USB-A PD Travel Wall Charger 57W).
Pros: 63w total output and 45w USB-C to USB-C PD is great for charging an ultrabook or tablet, a qc3 phone and...a kindle all at once for that moment all your digital devices cry simultaneously. The 20AH makes it great for a laptop booster to get some extra time, or an extra charge or two for bluetooth speakers or tablets or 6 phone charges.Cons: Only includes a USB-C to USB-A Cable (used to charge its battery). You need your own cables to charge your devices. A USB-C to USB-C would have been nice to include with its featured 45w Power Delivery.
Pros: I bought this half price and it's definitely worth the money. This powerbank is not a true 20000mAh powerbank, but that is true for all powerbanks as they have efficiency of 60-80%. I only have to charge this once a week and it will charge my Samsung phone and Nintendo switch. I would definitely recommend this powerbank.Cons: A little heavy and you have to remember to turn the on button on to charge your device.
