Works really well when the temperature is 25 or less. But above that, the heat constantly shining through the windscreen makes the wireless charging too hot to the point it stops charging.

I bought two of these and found the magnet to be fine through the standard iPhone cases from Apple. Otherwise the experience is all negative. The wireless charging is extremely unreliable and the swivel mount becomes so loose that the phone flops around when driving. This seems to be the experience of others. Disappointing for a brand name that usually has high quality products.

Connection too loose at back, i.e does not allow tightening of the ball socket to stop it drooping. Additionally when plugged in to USB in car does not recognise carplay, so bit useless really.

As this technology seems to be built for mobiles that have built in magnets, to try and get the phone to stay held by the slim O ring, is often hard leading your phone to slip while driving.Unless you have a new mobile that has the magnetic function built into the phone, I would give this a miss.
So it arrived today and doesn’t work! The magnetic part is rubbish. I have the iPhone X and am worried about putting a metal ring next to the glass back. Also the strength of the magnet doesn’t go through a Apple leather case. So it doesn’t work anyway. Shame really. The charging part of it does however work so that’s a plus I guess.
Have had this item for a month and because of its unusually long arm it gets too shaky and unsteady while driving. It has a strong magnet though.
Other reviews mention their phone falls off, I have an iPhone 13 Pro with a Mag Safe cover and it works perfectly fine. Husband has one too and we both love them!
Was good at first. Little bit bouncy but not too bad. Had two of these. After a year the suction cup failed on one rendering it useless. Both would occasionally come unstuck mainly with extreme weather changes.
Bought this last week. Works perfectly with my samsung s6 edge +. You simply attach the device to your car vent with the clip and place your phone on it. The magnet in the charger will hold your phone and charge it automatically. The magnet is very strong too so your phone wont fall off as your driving along. The charge speed is also pretty quick. Very happy.
Would not recommend, tried to use with my MagSafe case on iPhone 13 and magnets do not hold, drops off very easily with every slight bump. Works ok with case off, but did not buy with the intention of having to take case off every time I drive.
