I been battling hormone imbalance for several years one of the signs was loss of muscle recovery. When i got this product I didn't realize that over night I would be able to start doing yoga again without the stiffness I was feeling for the last 4 years . It took me a full day to realize it was the omega that was helping me not feel achy while i worked out . Pretty amazing and shocking. It was as the last four years hadnt happen . I have been Taking Omega 3 supplements for years and I check my numbers every six months and I am well above the RDA. Recently I decided to have my heavy metals tested and my mercury was off the charts - almost 14ng/mL. The FDA considers anything above 10ng/mL to be "dangerous." Hello I appreciate the opportunity to express my experience with Cymbiotika products in this format as I use very few forms of social media - not Instagram where I noticed there is an opportunity to have my name in a draw for $1500 of products. Nor do I do Facebook. Pretty laid back living here in the wilds of Northern British Columbia. But I digress because I can honestly say I've had a wonderful experience with the Omega especially. It goes like this .... not to be too graphic but I had a persistent itchy area of recurring rash on my leg. I tried various remedies like tea tree oil, oregano oil, witch hazel which kept it at bay but finally applied a cortisone cream which after a few weeks the rash came back. I only very recently have been taking Shalijit so a bit early to review the product.
