I have this Reel matched to a loomis dsr820s and dsr8200s. Awesome combination. Smooth, powerful and the weight combination with the dsr is spot on. This combo has accounted for some big duskies and bream with no issue.

Extremely smooth, seems robust. My only gripe is that the drag clicker is too quiet and it's difficult to know the rate at which line is being taken in windy/noisy conditions. Would be 5-star otherwise. Spare spools are expensive too!

Absolutely one of the smoothest reels in the market. Compact feel and very aesthetically pleasing. A gorgeous piece of engineering and handles like a sports car. Drag works extremely well and engages like butter. No abruptness as it senses the pull of the fish. This high speed version is a winner in every way..!!
