Since I went to 6lb braid I was having all types of dramas with wind knots using a lazy Alberto knot. Replaced all my braid with J braid bought the J thread FC and tik toked the crap out of tying a FG knot, I found by doing 30 wraps the braid bites down better probably because of the smaller diameter. No wind knots, got tested on a couple of solid winter bass and a chunky Yellow and the braid and leader is still good for the next session.

To notch I’ve been told it’s the best thing to buy. Anaconda had it cheaper than anywhere else so this is my go to store for it. Good product very strong doesn’t scare off the fish.

This line is very good. Pretty much fully invisible out of water and when it’s in the water you can’t even see it! The only issue I have found is that it is quite hard to tie knots with, which is expected for fluorocarbon but I just had trouble getting a uni knot tight. Overall it’s a good product.
