This reel is incredible. It casts further than my Metanium. It is almost impossible to backlash. Setup is different than any other reel I own so read the directions. I have thrown everything from weightless stick baits to big jigs and it does it both effortlessly with very little adjustment to the reel. I look forward to adding more to my arsenal.

The stock bearings have way to much oil or grease from the factory resulting in less casting distance. The reel feels very over braked out of the box. Its pretty simple fix, remove side plate and spool bearings and soak in acetone overnight then add a drop of low viscosity oil and reinstall. Casts like a dream afterwards but should come out of the box ready to go.

This reel is nothing short of amazing!!! Exactly what you have come to expect from Daiwa high end quality!!! 10/10 on my scorecard.
This reel is so light and smooth it is hard to put it down. It casts well no matter what weight lure you put on it.

fantastic reel. Only thing I wish it has is the drag clicker (not sure why they only offer it on the CT models), and connected side cover. Dropped my cover on the ground when I tried to open it.
exquisite reel but god awful price, my lews kvd can cast a lot farther with 8lb briad in saltwater and can pull out 28in BULL REDS for a lot cheaper price :)
This was a good reel. Two items. said it was near impossible to backlash, well I achieved on cast number 2 and it was a doozy. I was trying to get it to cast far like it said. Did not get to cast farther. My older Steez's and abu garcia without the T-wing cast farther. It does resist backlash better, but I saw a few small ones. The retrieve was the best I have seen, very smooth which was something my older steez reels had issues with and never this nice. I just think that for the price I spent, another daiwa or model reel should not out case. the Zillion and the Fuego have casted alot farther with alot less effort.
Amazing performance.... By far, my favorite reel from Daiwa, and I own many of them!! If youre looking for premium performance, look no further and cash-out!!
