Built well
Loving the snug-fit they have. I wear them when officiating High-School & Youth football games. Provides needed protection during those times I take a hit from lineman roaming across the middle of field 😶🌫️... Show more

couldn’t put snug gloves on after
They fit and worked well but was a bit stiff. The sizing was correct but didn’t work well with my thinner sealskinz gloves. If you have bulky gloves then use the sizing chart. I’m considering measuring with my gloves on and buy a larger size to wear over the gloves because it was very difficult to put gloves on with the guards on first.... Show more

Exactly what I needed
I definitely feel more comfortable wearing these when I ride. I don't fall very often, but when I do fall, they can be bad and these give me more peace of mind when riding. They're a little bulky, but that's to be expected, and they're not as bulky as other wrist guards that I've tried. They're low profile enough that they fit in my gloves, sparing me from having to buy bigger gloves. Overall, for the price, these were a great purchase.... Show more

For motocross !
For all you dirtbikers!!!!! If you jump ramps and like to fly on the dirt track , these wrist quads are awesome and protect your wrist from those hard landings . Like my helmet and boots I never ride with out them. They fit great under your Motocross gloves ! I recommend go with one size smaller cause you want them tight in your glove !... Show more

Great product!
Got these to replace some roller-blading/skateboard type wrist guards. These are SO much easier to put on - just one strap! The skate ones had 3... They're also very low profile around your hand - allowing you to wear gloves on top no problem. Just wish I'd had these months ago when it was cold!... Show more

My son broke his wrist while wearing these
My kids are expert skiers but relatively new to snowboarding. After complaining that snowboarding was hard on the wrists after their initial attempt, I purchased these wrist guards for their second venture. At the end of an overall successful day of snowboarding, my son fell at low speed near the base of a green run and injured his wrist despite wearing these guards. We later learned he'd sustained a buckle fracture. The orthopedic surgeon who treated him said a guard would really need to extend to the elbow to prevent a wrist fracture, but acknowledged my son's injury may have been worse without the guard. I'll still have my kids wear these guards in the future while snowboarding but won't delude myself that they have magical powers to protect from injuries ... Perfect for boarding and carpal tunnel.
I bought these years ago for snowboarding. I've since used them for carpal tunnel as well and they work like a charm. Slim enough to wear under clothes and extremely comfortable. They offer great wrist support and are very durable. I highly recommend.... Show more

Simple and Protective
These are great comfortable wrist guards. They easily fit under gloves, and act like a little bit extra warmth if you are not wearing a liner as well. There is a stiff metal plate running up into the palm area, but shaped so this doesn't cause discomfort. I bought these when I picked up snowboarding as I have injured my wrist multiple times crashing while mountain biking, and wanted extra protection in that area. Through my beginner tumbles I haven't felt the wrist at all, which doesn't actually prove these work, but I don't see why they wouldn't if I fell wrong. I used the sizing chart from Dakine and they seemed to match up pretty well for me.... Show more

Sure enough... I ate it several times
Got back on the board for the first time in a while. I'm 6' and 190 lbs, the XL are a little tight at first. The plastic is a bit sharp around the edges. They fit underneath my OR gloves no problem. Worth the money to avoid a more expensive injury. Get em.... Show more
