Together they curated the perfect oak casks and created a bespoke sherry blend to season them in order to realise the exact flavour profile desired. The single malt spent 10 years maturing in ex-Bourbon casks, before being filled into a bespoke Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks that produce a rich and decadent Single Malt whisky.
