Founded in 1839, Dalmore is known for producing single malt whisky that is recognised the world over for its quality and traditional distillery methods. Master distiller Richard Paterson selected cask partners from Andalucia, Paez, Tevas and Vasyma. Together they curated the perfect oak casks and created a bespoke sherry blend to season them in order to realise the exact flavour profile desired. The single malt spent 10 years maturing in ex-Bourbon casks, before being filled into a bespoke Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks that produce a rich and decadent Single Malt whisky.
