Can carry and erect with just myself and my daughter. It’s soooooooo light and easy. Quite flighty in winds so make sure you peg down well!!!!!!!

Awesome size 1/2 of a normal gazebo. Easy setup and pack up with ample size bag. Sand pockets work great and handles a solid Pilbara breeze. Con: as others have said the slide locks can grab/jam a little but not a big issue. 4/5 because unfortunately if you don’t pay attention when setting up the fabric cover can get caught in the central pivot hub.

Not a lot of reviews around for this shelter - but I thought I would take a leap of faith on the reputation of the quality that Darche generally produces. The concept of the shelter is quite good, however it seems to be not really up to the standard of other Darche products. If the shelter didn't have the Darche logo, you would struggle to convince me it was actually produced by them.Setup was pretty easy in my back yard, but I did notice the plastic of the pole locking mechanisms seems light and cheap. Only time will tell if they will last.Once setup it did the job it was intended to do, kept the rain off and provided shade. The locking mechanisms were difficult to release and the poles didn't want to retract smoothly. Once all folded up, the size is almost double what it was when it came out of the storage bag. I could spend some time finessing it to possibly squeeze it in, but in the end I just ended up secured it with ties and forgot about the cover bag.Heading again camping in a few weeks so will really put it through it's paces and see how it holds up.
