We were looking for a high quality swag bag and this does not disappoint. Plenty of room for Kings deluxe swag plus pillows/sleeping bag/clothes - whatever else you need to pack. Double reinforced seams, great quality zips, durable rubber - cannot fault this product (other than I am waiting for more to come into stock so I can purchase another!!)

Great bag. We are using them for expedition style basecamp set up where they will be stored in a hard outer shell bin. We were struggling to find a bag big enough in the right dimensions that would suit. These are large in volume and long which will store a lot of equipment as well as fit inside the hard outer storage bin.

Bag is great, we bought it to fit our black wolf turbo 300 plus tent in, we weren't sure if it would fit but thought it may. Plenty of space and does what it's supposed to and keeps the tent dry on the roof. It sat in the pouring rain and did plenty of driving for 5 days straight and tent was perfectly dry. Communication and shipping from snowys was excellent.

Excellent thick quality material. This kept everything 100% dry inside the bag. It was on the roof of the car in torrential rain, and everything stayed dry. It is very large too. It can fit a Coleman northstar 10P tent, plus groundsheet, plus queen air mattress, pillows, and still more room to fit other stuff.
I've travel a fair bit with this bag on my roof. Dusty roads and rain haven't been in issue. I put a small hole in the side - my fault - so make sure other items and rachet buckles aren't squashed into the bag. Darche gave me excellent customer service and sent some patches and glue to fix the hole and it's perfect now.
When I opened the package I could tell this was a well made piece of kit. The bag is made from extra heavy duty material - thicker than any "dry bag" I have owned before. The webbing straps are thick and strong and I love the metal D-rings which are solid too. I haven't yet tried this in the rain, but with the fold down design and velcro fasteners, I have no doubts that this bag will keep my pillows, camping matts and sleeping bags dry on the roof tray
I purchased this for my Coleman 10p Northstar tent as I didn't want to struggle with the Coleman bag...and this thing makes it easy! I put my tent, floor, and all our bedding and mattresses in this easy and it all goes on the roof of the truck and stays clean and dry! The handles on both ends means my wife and I can easily move it around as a team and when she's not around the large centre handle works great over the shoulder. Be warned that it is massive and is very easy to load to a point of can't carry it! But I'll be ordering a 190 as well because this thing is GREAT!
Bought this bag for my camp trip in Nov. I used this in additional to my roof top rack with a roof top bag on it. I put this bag at the back of the rack (as the rack is only 1.3 Metre long) so that I get more storage. Tight this at the back of the rack.It sticks out a little bit but since it's been tightened down so it ain't going anywhere.It had no rain when I used it so not sure about the waterproof capability (would think it will have no issue though). Bag being bag the advantage is flexible. I can put stuff in that is in any shape. Mainly light cargo - clothing etc.It's a big additional to storage when you need it.The Velcro closure is very practical making sure stuff won't come out loose.
Super bag - the only issue is I have a Kings Big Daddy Deluxe - the ridge pole will not fit comfortably - I've got it in but worried it might tear bag, if I don't put in the bag I'll leave it behind for sure. This bag with a Darche or other brand of swag without such a long ridge pole would be amazing.I rolled up the Kings Swag with all the bedding and mattress inside (absolutely no chance with Kings supplied bag) and there is more room for a tarp or something else in there yet. An absolute ripper of a bag - really good quality.Would definitely recommend and it might give me an excuse to upgrade the double Swag!
Finished a 5,300km Simpson desert, Oodnadata and Flinders trip. Lots of dust, rain and 20 days of daily usage. Kept sleeping mats, sleeping bags and clothes on the roof of the car.Everything dry and clean, even after strong rain.One time, I had a incorrectly setup up my ratchet strap, and the unfortunately the bag fell off the roof, traveling at 100km/h. Apart from a couple of scuffs and one small 2mms wide; everything was safe and kept going. Highly recommend this bag.
