Snowy's service and delivery were outstanding.The pole design could be improved as the are much longer than needed, and therefore are heavier that necessary. My swag only uses the poles at their lowest height, so the extension is extra weight to carry. Otherwise they did work very well.

Bought these for our Dusk to Dawn swag. Makes a nice awning to keep shoes dry overnight and allow more ventilation while staying protected from rain. Does make getting in and out of the swag more difficult however. Was not obvious how to assemble the poles and no instructions with them, luckily my husband knew how they went together.
First of all, the quality is great and it does do the job you'd expect, which is hold up the tent wall as a nice opening providing shade and ventilation. Buuuuut. These feel like recycled parts from another tent or awning. These poles have adjustable height, but you will only ever use them at their lowest height because anything higher would be, well, ridiculous. It would have been much nicer if the poles were half or 2/3's their current length so that you could raise and lower the tent sail at meaningful heights. Right now it's level with the top of the swag, or wayyyy higher which just doesn't seem to have a use. Snowys service was 100% as always and these are still a great addition to the swag.
I find them to be very ordinary to open & close them when adjusting there hight 😡 I really don't like how you are screwing the handle tight a around the other pole and them it's hard to release it 🤷♂️ Note: I am normally a NONE REVIEW person on any thing AT ALL but for the cost of these and being so DISAPPOINTED in them I had to send also a friend of mine purchased these and he also had this issue because we had to try and force them apart to actually get the to extend 😡
We were going camping but we needed a pole which we could vary in height and which we could apply to our new awning extension.... AND we needed it pronto! So we contacted Snowys. There service is miraculous! We had our adjustable poles with guy ropes and pegs in just 2 days AND they were perfect.Thank you Snowys - you made our camping experience perfect AGAIN!

Very helpful that the poles are not only rocksolid but also adjustable: 1) You need longer poles when you're putting your swag on a stretcher (what a comfort gain!) and 2) when using the poles for other applications such as tarps etc.
I really liked these initially. They were light yet felt solid and had a good range of height. After two uses one got stuck and could not be extended or collapsed. I have submitted a warranty claim and if it is just a one-off and no further issues, would be very happy with the purchase.
