These are horrendous. I live in open ocean 312's and have done so for the past 4 years. I just purchased a pair of the dark blue that supposedly reolaced the open ocean and they are nothing like the previous Open Ocean 312's. The denim is terrible. Stiff, awful colour, no stretch. I usually wear a 28/30 (which still have some give). I purchased a 27/30 and can't get the waist past my knees. The material make up is completely different than what it used to be in the open ocean 312's. Horrible. I'll be returning these.

I needed a pair of black jeans for work. So I went to Penny’s. I walked around and picked 3 pairs from throughout the store. I tried them on and these Levi’s fit perfect. I have a flat butt and skinny legs and always have trouble finding jeans that fit my body. Most jeans are made for women that have larger butts and thick upper thighs. So most jeans I try on are way to big in that area and baggy. These were perfect they fit in my butt and we’re not baggy around my upper thighs. I like the way they look so much I’m going to get 2 more pairs in different colors!

True to size.Comfortable fit, Slimming colour.The dyed does have a funny smell, so be warned.My advice would be to wash on gentle or in a bag to prevent snares.Classic style.Wish they had a boot cut style for plus sized ladies.Do not size down. Pick the size you normally are. I almost did reading the other reviews but I am glad I didn't.You will be happy with your purchase.Definitely buy them when they go on sale!
Great classic light blue, soft denim and perfectly comfortable fit even if I gain or lose a few kilos. In my opinion, the 314 is slim-staight. With regards to skinny or wide leg jeans, these are pretty much 'middle of the road'...the leg opening is neither too wide nor too slim and can be worn with any style of footwear. These wash well and retain their colour. I would buy this colour again although the only negative is that these jeans in this colour, are not going to last as long as the same jeans in darker denim, there are weak points on.the corners of the rear pockets and I've only had them for around 6 months.
I have always bought this brand of jeans for years. I ordered these with confidence, having purchased many times before. The ones I received were a far poorer quality, cardboard like. I have washed them a dozen times following instructions and every time I wear them I get navy blue hands as the colour hasn't set properly. Very very disappointing ! Not sure if they are now manufactured somewhere different but they are awful.
I ordered these jeans because I already had the same pair, same size, same model 312, and I loved them. These newly ordered jeans don’t fit! They are too big! I appealed to Levi Jeans and they wouldn't help (even though I feel that the manufacturing process has changed) because a ‘third party’ was involved. I wore them once to see if I was imagining it, and I wasn’t. I will attempt to take them back but I’m not optimistic that Mark’s will help. Very sad.
These Levi's are my absolute favourite jeans. They're cut well to look good on a range of body shapes and can be worn at casual events and dressed up for work wear. The length is perfect for tall people - it's hard to find jeans long enough and the fabric is great quality; they wash well without fading too much and don't go thin or over-stretch like cheaper fabrics do. I have a number of pairs now, just in case they stop making them!
