Honestly, I never thought it makes a huge difference on what toothbrush should I brush my teeth with and how wrong I was. This toothbrush is a complete new level! I just can’t compare it to any other toothbrushes I used to have, because it’s pointless. This toothbrush is so effective, has multiple regimes, which work and I saw the difference form the first time using it. My gums are super sensitive and never once this toothbrush brought me any kind of discomfort or even pain. From the beautiful eco friendly box arriving to the first use this toothbrush has been a game changer. I cannot recommend this product highly enough I did suffer from sensitive teeth at times but have not had one flare up since using this. I would say to anyone dubious about making the change or looking for a toothbrush that leaves you feeling like you've had a trip to the hygienist don't doubt it and invest in this toothbrush! I am also a smoke so my teeth prior to using this were not great, am so cross for not taking a before picture (camera was broken) to show the huge difference after only 2 weeks.

Without even using the toothbrush it looks amazing! It look very premium and stands out in the bathroom and I even had a guest ask where I bought it from! Since using the product I have not had to charge it and I haven't experienced a decrease in brush power and speed which is rare to find with electric toothbrushes. Very helpful for knowing when you need new heads. (the toothbrush will also notify you of this) It’s made a huge difference to my teeth, where there was starting to be some plaque build up it has reduced it really well. It’s getting places I was missing before and overall it cleaning my teeth brilliantly. The little travel case it comes with is so handy too. Really pleased with this toothbrush.

I used the White+ setting on the highest vibration (there are 3 levels of vibration) and my normal drug store whitening toothpaste. It took a while to get used to the vibration "beep" letting you know to change the brushing in your mouth, this is handy to make sure you reach all areas of your mouth evenly - something i now realise I was not doing. I would recommend this for anyone who wants white teeth and is comfortable using a high vibration to achieve that result! It really does work to clean and make your teeth look good again.
This was my first purchase of a philips electric toothbrush and this was the DiamondClean 9000 series. I have to say I am disappointed with the overall quality for such an expensive product. First, the travel case is made of very cheap plastic; it does not close properly and is too tight, in my opinion, to hold the both the brush and holder comfortably. Second, the sound and feel of the toothbrush itself when cleaning teeth is not a pleasant experience. It keeps jerking when reaching a timed point and (all I can describe it as) squeals when brushing. Third, and finally, since using the DiamondClean I have noticed a marked deterioration in the colour of my teeth.
