Amor Amor In a Flash opens with a creamy vanilla and cinnamon, with a fruity nuance adding a bit of zing. Although no black currant listed, the fruits during the opening share the berry vibe of the original Amor Amor. I also occasionally get a bit of coconut from it. After about 1 hour, the berries seem to be switched to apples, and its actually relatively subtle compared to the main players, caramel and cinnamon. The overall effect does evoke apple pie to me. At the same time, its slightly powdery texture prevents it from being too foody. The apple nuance eventually fades after about 4 hours. The caramel also turns from powdery to a chewy, gooey texture. Amor Amor In a Flash is arguably not a very complexe fragrance, but it delivers what it aims to fun and very enjoyable. I especially enjoy its caramel note with its powdery and gooewy textures repectively, its gentle spice touch, and the fact that its not sweet in a plain hard candy way. Id deifinitely recommend it as a relatively affordable caramel fragrance.

This fragrance gets compared to invictus aqua by Paco Rabanne. And I definitely do see the similarity, but cool water wave is a bit sweeter. Personally I like cool water wave more. Now Ive never owned invictus aqua, but Ive smelled it on a tester strip, and it was ok but nothing mind blowing. In its defense, I havent worn the fragrance, so for all I know, it could be a great fragrance. Although I heard that the original formulation of invictus aqua is much better than the new stuff. And cool water wave is compared to the original formulation. So that says a lot right there. Bottom line, this is a great fragrance that smells a lot like a very popular fragrance on the market, but for half the price. I bought a bottle of this in the sale, after all for 14 quid if it didnt smell right it was going back in the box and happy birthday Brother Nothing lost It arrived quickly, well packaged and sealed which was good as the neanderthal delivery man somehow managed to drop it on the brick step as he rang the bell. Why he rang the bell I dont know as I was stood in the doorway waiting for him, Id been there drinking coffee with nice Mr Ahmet from next door, he is Lebanese and makes a wonderful traditional coffee in he cerveze, and his wife does the finest sweet pastries, more about that later.... Very pleasant.I decided Id head up to Soho for a coffee at Frith Street, I wont name the place but opposite the jazz bar, wonderful coffee and a wide variety of clientele. The coffee isnt as good as next doors but he does this thing where he foams it up, sugars the coffee and foams it up again, marvelous taste and his wifes pastries are divine, but back to Soho. Within minutes I saw two or three ladies eyeing me up, they were shall we say well built and a bit heavy perhaps with the make up but any port in a storm as my old uncle used to say.
