My hairdresser sold this to me after a service once, since she noticed my flaky scalp might be something more than just dandruff - like psoriasis. I use it once a week at most. It has just the right amount of grit to help slough away my plaque-like scalp buildup that usually flakes everywhere (sorry for the TMI lol). It’s also a very good detoxifying and clarifying shampoo in my opinion, and perfect for those who use a lot of hair product throughout the week. I like the smell, too! It’s invigorating and fresh and I recommend it to everyone to use as a weekly/bi-weekly refresh. Just don’t scrub too aggressively, as this can lead to hair loss and is an issue of incorrect technique rather than the quality of the product.

I am a brunette with medium length, on the fine side hair which is single processed, highlighted and glazed. I found my hair was looking dull so I try this detox scrub. It worked wonders; my hair hasps more lustre and is soft to the touch with no frizz. I now use this shampoo once a week and will continue. Would love a travel size.

THE REAL DETOX SHAMPOOI was looking for a detox shampoo for my mid length medium thick wavy hair and I have tried various drugstore brands, Avalon Organics and even the pricy Oribe purifying mousse shampoo and nothing seemed to purify my scalp and hair UNTIL I came across this line in my local hair salon. This is the first and ONLY shampoo scrub that left my scalp and hair super clean. WOW! I don't use a lot of styling products (only hair oil) but my scalp and hair get sweaty often due to my workout routine. I love this shampoo and the smell. My hair was left soft and clean and my scalp soothed. I will be adding this product to my hair care !

I absolutely love Davines! Our shower has a lot of different products in it. And also this product. The scrub shampoo is very good is you want to exfoliate your scalp. I love using it 2 a month. Not too much because that’s not good for your hair. It had a very good scent and your really see a difference when you come out of the shower. Really recommend this product!

I bought the trial size first to see if I liked this shampoo. It’s my first time trying a scrubbing shampoo and it was interesting. I had to use quite a bit to spread it all over my scalp, and I have really fine hair. It has a strong minty-medicinal type of smell, which I wasn’t too fond of and it lasted most of day after using it. I didn’t really notice my hair feeling all that much cleaner so I’m not sure that I would really-purchase.

I have not used but should be a very good product and is in great presentation. However, a natural product can be considered as such even if it can be prepared by total synthesis, which is "the complete chemical synthesis of complex organic molecules from simpler parts" (1) Chemical synthesis is the process by which chemical compounds are produced from simple or chemical precursors. (2) chemical synthesis allows to obtain products that do not exist naturally and as data, there are now cataloged some eleven million synthetic chemicals and it is estimated that every day about 2,000 more are obtained.

We bought this to help with my daughter's dandruff as it's not nearly as harsh as some other dandruff products. I've since started to use when I get a psoriasis flare up as it's so gentle. Does a great job clearing both up. Our hairdresser said to only use on the scalp area and scrub for a minute or so once a week. A bottle lasts a long time using this way and it clears up my irritated scalp and my daughter's dandruff. Another great product by Davines.

I was chanced to try this shampoos tester and got pretty excited when I saw the results after the first use. I had a problem with dandruff and dry scalp, so after the first wash, I saw clear results! Will definitely buy it after I finish energizing shampoo! Also, it is recommended to use it at least twice a weak for a long-term results!

This is an awesome scrub shampoo! My hair is really thick, and I don’t find I have to use too much. You do really have to make sure you wash it out though, because I find the beads sometimes are hard to wash out. Other than that it’s great! My scalps feels clean and refreshed after using.

I loved this product! It makes my head and hair feel so fresh and clear! My organic shampoos wasn’t good enough cleaning my hair from hair gels etc. this product is very good for oily scalp! This shampoo gives me great volume and shine. I put it on my hands, then to scalp and massage it for about 1 min, then leave it for 3-5 mins and after use my moisturize shampoo and conditioner. Love the results!
