Davis & Waddell Asia One Lotus Rock Wok Non Stick 30cm

The lotus plant is a symbol of purity due to its selfcleansing properties. The nanosilica coating of the lotus rock wok works in a similar manner, repelling liquids when cooking and making it easy to clean. This special nanosilica coating is permeable to cooking oils, allowing them to seep inside the surface to strengthen its nonstick capability. Adding a small amount of oil before cooking creates a surface for a high quality cooking experience. Underneath the nanosilica coating is a thick, hard layer of ceramic, making the wok extremely durable and safe to use with metal utensils. Confirmation of your claim can be done by email.
