The updates were very timely and informative, the delivery was prompt as promised. have only had the clothesline up for a couple of weeks, but so far very happy. It was easy to erect with clear instructions.

I purchased this line to replace my old model which had the lines frayed and cracked and the tabs to fold it it down had broken. I didn't have to do much. Removed the old one and the new one slipped into the old socket. All good for another 10 years!
We purchased this product approx 1 year ago. Have always had a hills hoist but bunnings did not sell hills and we had vouchers to spend. Purchased this product and only used it 3 times before the outside line broke. I called Daytek who said as it was a diy product they would send out a new line. They cannot guarantee the life of the line as they do not know how old it is when put on hoist. I was not happy. Eventually a new line arrived so fixed the section in question then a few months later another part of the outside line broke. A little further down the track the handle cane off whilst winding the line up. Now the handles comes off all the time. Would never recommend this product. I now see bunnings is again selling hills.
