You seriously need to consider an alternative courier service provider. They do not provide feedback at all. It is very difficult to speak to someone.Regarding the product, although I have never had issues with the shoes as I own quite a few, this one is extremely uncomfortable. I had it on once and my legs are still in pain. I know it's a high top however it sits at a very akward spot when walking.... Show more
