A very nice expensive dash cam that’s advertised. The problem is that, it was poorly packaged. Seller did not even bother put “FRAGILE” on its packaging, no box, thinly wrapped with bubble paper and placed inside a plastic bag! Why scrimp packaging on an expensive dash cam??? The box was already crumpled when I received it and for sure this was tossed around, as it’s a small item! I am hoping that there will be no problems/issues when this dash cam is installed in my car. And the seller expects a five star rating?!😏

Bought this as a birthday gift for my husband. He's been using it around 1 week now and so far no issue. He really likes it and frequently downloaded videos with great views recorded by the dashcam (and the quality is super fine!).I am using DDPAI X5 Pro and I would say the quality of the video seems similar to this one. App is user friendly. Easy to understand the function even for beginner.Installation was done by my husband on his own, which was easy to understand (based on him).Rear cam is a bit blurry, but I think most rear cam is like that? Installed the Z50 with the OBD hardwire kit. However, it keeps triggering the car alarm after the driver has exited the car and locked the car door. Even locking it manually triggers the car alarm after 2 minutes. Only by disconnecting the power cable to the dash cam (which defeats the purpose of getting the dash cam hardwired) will not trigger the car alarm system. Does the DDPAI team or any other DDPAI customers know how to bypass this problem?
