The machine itself works perfect. But the plastic cover vibrates and makes too much noise (75dB). I returned the machine for a different Delonghi model. The new machine works great!

We were very excited about this after doing a lot of research. The first one we had to return after two months because it stopped dehumidifying - it just wasn’t working. They replaced it which was great however our second one does the job but - the engine sounds like a freight train! It is so loud, we can’t have it on at night or it keeps us awake, so we wake up with moisture everywhere therefore it’s still not really doing it’s job. Very frustrating. I wouldn’t buy this. Try a different brand or model. Very dissapointed especially for such an expensive product
