Ease out tired muscles

Bought this cos of its 3-in-1 bundle. The roller has been useful, especially when I can bring it along while overseas, to ease out tight leg muscles.

Good 3-in-1 Product!

This is the 1st time I come across such a clever packaging where the roller is also a storage for the stick & ball. It is a well-priced product, comes with instructions & good space saver too! The material used is lightweight but sturdy. Initial impression was the made was rather plastic-like. However after some use, I realised it was comfortable & great after-effects where soreness was much alleviated. Will surely recommend to others as well!

I've used this foam roller for a few weeks now. I've never considered using a foam roller for many years as I was a firm believer that stretching was all you needed, with consistency and the right stretching methods. However, my friend recommended me to give foam rolling a shot after my body was just aching painfully. At first it was painful but over time it became the "good" pain you feel when you foam roll, that's when you know it works. You'll have to get used it over time, especially with this hard and protruding bumps. This type of foam roller is supposed to hit the deep tissues. To my satisfaction, it did and it worked. I found myself being able to run or exercise at the same intensity the next day.

I really like this foam roller set, Not too big and not too small. Just firm enough, love using it after a long tired day.and the ball is very good for deep spot massage.Not really sure how to use the massage roller, don't fin dit useful, but somehow my wife like it. So she use it most of the time.

The Aptonia massage kit is good value for the money. It's 3-in-1. A massage roller, a massage ball, and a massage stick. It's half the price of a similar product I saw in another store.

Worth the buy

I find the massage ball and foam roller, nice to use as it relieves my muscle fatigue. The long roller on the other hand, it’s a little inessential.
