I bought this with understanding that costly thing would be more sturdy and best in quality but after playing with the racket found that the wires are getting distorted and changing shape and size everytime.Now I am not able to understand where should I complain this and get it replaced .This is really a bad experience, even my earlier racket of the same company having cost 800 Inr is working fine but 10k racket is totally worthless as compare to that .Feeling cheated please advice how to get it replaced.

Very very poor racket. Strings got loose within first few games and on contacting decathlon , they said as it’s been used, nothing can be done. The very nature of the product is such that it cannot be checked without using, who can say just looking at racket and paying Rs 5500/- that it would turn out to be of so poor quality product?Decathlon is purely cheating customers by highlighting highest warranty time and on claim they would put it on us somehow and would not help. In my case they didn’t even spoke to me or checked it physically to know the issue and straight away rejected the claim, which was requested within 3 -4 days of receiving the parcel.

Am not a pro player but I do like to play with quality equipment. This racquet arrived week back and I've used it 3x. It's very comfortable, light weight and excellent shots with the racquet. But am disappointed with the packaging which resulted in defects during shipping. I submitted the issue to the customer service and they responded well. But I had to pay shipping cost from/to delivery address. The fault is not on me and I have to bear the shipping cost again.. nonsense!
Day1 usage .Loved the Raquet swing .Raquet is stable while making Shots!!!Value for money !!!
I expected product to take bit more robust but after using 4 month top coating peeled off. I see aluminum and that too cracked.
The product is not robust at all. The top cover on head comes out and the aluminum is exposed pretty soon. The string broke in just over one month. I am very disappointed with this product. Will never buy or recommend it. Are the above mentioned issue covered by warranty ?
Comfortable to use. But it doesn't come with cover after charging a high price.
Within 3- 4 days of use, strings got loose and required adjustment after ever shot. Overall body also looks week. No support from decathlon team. Extremely dissatisfied and upset.
Very light weight.Easy to control, able to make quick hit.Wrist not feeling hurt or tired even after 2 hours game.
