Deda Elementi Superzero Stem Black, 90mm

(16 reviews)

Deda’s Superzero Stem continues the aero shaping of their Superzero handlebars. It’s a simple tweak that shaves drag, something that helps move you down the road faster whenever you’re moving down the road. They started with 2014 aluminum alloy. They 3D forged it into a triangular shape, with the top flattened. This gives the wind less of a target as it washes past the handlebars. the shape also stiffens the stem so it’s better at resisting torsional forces. As with all racing gear, they want to keep weight to a minimum. So the face plate is actually made of two pieces. They diameter it cinches is 31.7mm. They’re secured by four chromoly bolts. The steerer tube clamp is 1 1/8” in diameter, 36mm tall, and locked down by two more chromoly bolts. The stem angle is 82-degrees. The stem comes in lengths from 90 to 140mm in 10mm increments. The 110mm length weighs 140g. There are two finishes available: anodized Black Matte and Polish on Black (POB).
