Purchased for Home and Work Combo because I wanted to have keyboard to work with home desktop and work laptop. Wanted to stop plugin and play with usb adapter and wanted to use bluetooth for laptop and usb for home. It works flawlessly and the look of keyboard looks high end with solid construction overall. Keys are well built and not shaky like other keyboards.

I wanted a bluetooth keyboard. My new laptop has limited ports and wanted to avoid using a USB receiver. So far, I have not had any lag issues or disconnects. The keyboard looks sharp. My only criticism are no backlit keys. I guess this would diminish the battery life. And I do like the potential 36 month battery life.

I was given this keyboard on a new computer at work, and I immediately loved it. I purchased one for my home machine as well, replacing my existing keyboard. I was originally considering purchasing an MX keys keyboard, but decided to get this one because it has very long battery life and uses normal batteries instead of requiring a cable to charge.

Nice, quiet, solid keyboard. Minimal space considering it has separate numeric keypad and full set of insert/delete,home/end, page down/up keys. Fantastic touch and depth for speed. Backlighting would be nice if it could be done without decreasing the 3 year battery life.Device transfer is instantaneous. The active device LED goes off in about 3 seconds. I do wish it had an 'always on' set of 3 faint LEDs with the brightest one indicating which device is currently active. If you work in dim light, pressing the button doesn't really give you a sense of which device is active because you can't see the other LEDs until you cycle thru them. The LED's could be positioned far enough apart above the cursor keys where there is lots of space.Overall it's a minor quibble ... MoreNice, quiet, solid keyboard. This is a very solid keyboard and I like it a lot. One thing that is disappointing is the "programmable" keys - you can only choose from a drop down list as to what you want the key to do. In the past, I used the F10 to bring up commands in excel and other programs. However the F10 key is does not do this function and it is not able to be programmed to do so. This is disappointing because I used this feature a lot but can no longer do that. But it it a very nice keyboard - solid and seem to be a quality device.
Awesome keyboard. Simple, just works. Looks awesome. Love the metal chassis. Types like a laptop keyboard, so if you don't like that you might not like this. Reasonable price. The only thing is I wish it had a backlight, but that might sacrifice the crazy 3 year long battery life.
Although I don't like it as much as the original blue tooth keyboard that came with my XPS27 All-In-One, this keyboard seems well made, is heavier and just feels to have more substance. Do wish it was blue tooth versus have to need the USB plug. But I trust they'll be one when DELL comes out with their new XPS All-In One which I hope is soon. My 27 XPS is getting old and I don't like the current available All-In-Ones because they appear outdated and lack things like an OLED screen and 32" screen.
Very well built, sturdy keyboard. It really feels like a premium product. Smooth key strokes, and responsive action. It's full size keyboard, with separate number pad and arrow keys, but it doesn't feel like it. The size seems like a compact. As a developer, this really hits on a lot of my requirements.
Love the Dell keyboard. I do transcription for a living, so the keyboard gets more than it's fair share of hard use. This is a replacement for the original. I'll stick with this model as long as Dell keeps making it, along with the wireless mouse. I am completely spoiled by the quality of both products.
Love this keyboard for work and for personal use. I got it because my office uses it and I wanted to get one for personal use as well as for work from home days. It's sleek and easy to use. For those who are used to the mac laptop keys and want something similar this is the way to go. I know friends who like the mechanical keyboards that are chunky and clunky but I personally don't know what the hype is all about. This is efficient and doesn't get in the way of typing. Definitely would recommend!
