The refurbishing process includes functionality testing, basic cleaning, inspection, and repackaging. These units are retail ready including a new, licensed through Microsoft Operating System, a power cord or AC Adapter, and keyboard/mouse so you are ready to go out of the box (third-party/aftermaret new or OEM used). Each unit has been subjected to rigorous functionality testing before they leave our facility, they will offer you years of computing. Units may have been cosmetically rejuvenated, but may have subtle signs of being preloved may exist.
