The Monitor is fantastic that takes minimum space with its borderless design. If you want a quality monitor with high resolution, go for this one. It is very easy to setup and installs, no tools requiered, you just need to clip the monitor to the stand. It took me 3 minutes all together to set up the monitor and start using it.

Dell quality control is becoming extremely poor! Bought a pair of these monitors. One was defective (vertical line in the middle of the screen) so I arranged with Newegg for a replacement. After a few weeks I received my new monitor and it was also defective (same vertical line, slightly off centre this time) so again I had to send it back for replacement. Unfortunately, Newegg decided not to carry these monitors anymore so they just sent me a refund. Now I need a matching monitor I can no longer get and there was nothing newegg could do for me. I need colour consitency across both my monitors for work so just getting a different monitor isn't really an option. My fiance uses two of the older model U2414H's, so I decided to jump on this one as a newer model of a go-to monitor for family builds that don't require a higher resolution than 1080p. Overall, it's the same great monitor, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that Dell opted to switch to under-bezel power/etc buttons this time around. My second Dell 2K display; Using this one attached to a Raspberry PI 4 (dedicated for work). Works well with a standard micro-HDMI adapter, and has served well with my laptop and a thunderbolt/display port adapter. Switching between different inputs has been simple (as opposed to my older dell monitor, which is a bit more difficult). Color rendition and clarity are a plus.
Great Monitor, I went with 3 other brands before this Dell and wish I'd just gone with this from the beginning. Very pleased, great looks, great stand, great choice of inputs and very crisp image. The infinity edge looks slick. Very pleased.
Issue with item when received. They made things right. Good people. Would recommend.
Maybe I should have assumed based on the low price, but there is nothing in the listing to indicate that the monitor is used and not a new in the box product. Everything was wrapped well, but not in a Dell box. The base and monitor back has deep scratches and to top it off the incorrect accessories (full sized DP cable instead of mini-DP/DP, no USB hub cables) were included.Back to Walmart for a refund!!!
Monitor is fully functional and in great condition, exactly what I wanted.
I may have listed a lot of cons but do no misunderstand: for very good, clear, and accurate image this monitor is absolutely great! Needs a little tweaking and getting used to, but great to work on and to watch. I do want to mention, Newegg used to have awesome price match and return policy, and a better approach to customer service. I was overcharged for this monitor and didn't really like how everything turned out with customer service. But whatever, not the end of the world. The customer service reps were great; its not their fault Newegg adopted policies worse than the popular American consumer electronics chain in the blue buildings. Anyway, this monitor is great and a recommended purchase; just make sure you buy it on sale for like $350!
