I‘m writing this a few days after I purchased this kettle. I like it’s design and bright white colour, but there is a major flaw. Whoever thought it a good idea to make the water indicator from FROSTED not clear plastic? It is hard to see the water level. Very silly. I might need to get a different brand.

Operates well, but the Kettle had a small scratch on it. Not happy.
The plastic handle feels a bit cheap and it is hard to see the water level, otherwise a nice kettle. I bought this on special, not sure I'd be happy with the quality if I paid full price.
Lovely looking, mostly functional kettle, but as others have said the water level measurement does not measure the water level properly and is hard to see, as it blends in to much. I don't regret the purchase, it looks awesome with the matching toaster. But wouldn't buy it as a stand alone product.
Looks great and works well. Fast boiling and not too noisy. Like that it's metal and not plastic.
After using this kettle for a few months the water started to taste of plastic, which I can only assume came from the water level indicator. I use filtered water only and so this taste of plastic can only be coming from the kettle itself. Disappointed, will go back to Russell Hobbs.
